  5. Add greens, rice and cottage cheese to the fragrant oil mixture. Mix well.
  6. We beat off chicken breasts, salt, pepper.
  7. Cut the ham into thin slices the size of a chicken breast. We put it on each beaten piece of meat, and on top - minced curd and rice.

  • vegetable oil - 60 ml;
  • breadcrumbs - 25 g;
  • mustard - 20 g;
  • salt, pepper, parsley - to taste.

Cooking

  1. Pour half of the required amount of oil into the pan and heat it.
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté.
  3. Mix the roast with peeled and finely chopped mushrooms. We fry for about a quarter of an hour.
  4. Add the egg and mix everything well.
  5. Pour the wine here and wait until it evaporates.
  6. After that, pour crackers, chopped parsley into the mushroom dressing, mix and remove from heat.
  7. We wash the meat, dry it with paper towels, rub with salt and pepper.
  8. Fry in the second portion of oil until golden brown.
  9. Let cool a little.

  • liquid honey - 0.5 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 1 table. l.

Cooking

  1. We cut the persimmon. Lay out on a plate.
