We take it out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking butter and a bag of puff pastry.

The first step is to prepare the custard. This will require half a liter of milk, one large egg, 100 grams of softened butter, 100-130 grams of sugar, 50 grams of flour top grade... The amount of sugar depends on the desired sweetness of the cake.

Add sugar, egg and flour to a glass of cold milk.

Stir with a whisk. The task is to stir so that there are no lumps in the mixture.

Bring the rest of the milk to a boil in a saucepan or ladle with a thick bottom.
