I cook according to several recipes. Hot pepper appetizer recipe which today I invite you to try to make, one of the favorite snacks in our family. I always prepare it for the autumn season from fresh hot pepper. When it starts to get colder and you don't want to let go of the last warm days, this appetizer will surely warm you with inner warmth and give you hot sensations. I would even call her as insidious as a woman. From the first bite, it gently envelops the palate, first giving off a mild taste, and then, like a volcano, explodes into a thousand small spices. And you breathe deeply ... Wow, how bitter, we usually say, but try at least to tear someone away from this snack. Of course, the pungency of the snack can be reduced by choosing a less bitter pepper for the recipe or spreading such a snack on the bread in a very thin layer. In this case, proceed at your own discretion and taste.

This is very delicious snack, with the preparation of which there are no difficulties, except for the processing of bitter pepper. The cooking recipe itself is very simple, all the ingredients are simply ground in a meat grinder, and then stewed a little.

Bitter pepper for the winter. Hot Pepper Snack Recipe - Ingredients You Need:

Bitter pepper - 1 kg.
Tomatoes - 8 medium pieces
Garlic - 2 heads
Vegetable oil - 100-150 ml.
Salt to taste

My hot pepper, cut off the tails and peel them of seeds. This procedure must be done with gloves. You can work with rubber gloves, but I often use disposable hairdressing gloves, the packaging of which I bought for the occasion in the salon. You can grind the pepper with grains, but then the appetizer turns out to be rougher. Grind the tomatoes in a meat grinder. Peel the garlic and grind it in a meat grinder or pass it through a press-garlic press.

Pour oil into a cauldron or deep stewpan, heat it up, add all the ingredients according to the recipe and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until the desired consistency. It turns out that I have to stew for at least half an hour. You need to get a snack of such a density that it is convenient to spread it on bread.

Salt during cooking to your liking. Just try the appetizer for salt chilled in order to most accurately determine the taste.

When the appetizer is ready, put the whole mass in a clean jar and close with a tight lid (I use jars with screw caps). Store in the refrigerator. From the offered portion of food, I get about 1 liter of snacks. I have not yet had time to finalize the article, as this batch of hot pepper snacks, prepared for the winter, has already been eaten. I had to re-engage in the procurement process. At the same time, I made another delicious and favorite snack in my family.

Bon appetit and good snacks for all occasions!

This recipe is very old, it was taken from the magazine "Rabotnitsa" by my mother. Since then, for many years now, we have been happy to use it to prepare a delicious spicy snack for the winter. There are two dishes in this recipe at once: we use the liquid part in borscht, stew or as a dressing in salads, and use the thick part as raw adjika.

So, let's start preparing a spicy snack from hot and bell peppers and peppers with garlic for the winter.

To prepare a spicy snack, we need the products listed in the list.

My pepper, clean it from grains and internal membranes, cut it into small pieces.

Peel the garlic.

Determine the amount of hot pepper yourself. If the pepper is large and very hot, I advise you to take 3 pieces. If it is small, boldly take 5 pieces. Cut off only the tail of hot peppers. Scroll both sweet and hot peppers through a meat grinder with large holes.

Scroll the garlic through a meat grinder as well, but with medium holes.

Add the rolled garlic to the rolled peppers.

Also add vinegar, salt and sugar.

Mix thoroughly. Cover the pot with a lid and refrigerate for 3 days to combine tastes and smells.

After 3 days, we discard the mass in a colander, separating the liquid and thick parts.

So we got it liter jar the liquid part and almost one and a half liters of the thick part. The liquid portion can be kept in the bottle in the refrigerator. Use as a seasoning in borscht, stews or as a dressing in salads. We also use the thick part as adjika and store it under a nylon lid in the refrigerator. A spicy appetizer made from hot and bell peppers with garlic it is perfectly stored almost until spring, but it leaves us earlier.

Lean and bland food is probably very, very healthy, but most people prefer something salty, sour, sometimes even spicy and, just the same, hot. For those who are not afraid of a burning sensation on the tongue, there is hot pepper. This fruit, quite often, is used in homemade preparations for the winter in the process of pickling and salting. In addition, without it, it is simply unthinkable to cook the mega-popular adjika today. You can cook adjika from tomatoes, eggplants, plums and other vegetables and fruits, but by all means, you will need to add at least a couple of hot pepper pods to them. And also, hot peppers can simply be salted or pickled. If you find peppers of different colors, then the beauty will be extraordinary, and most importantly, burning pleasure is guaranteed to you. If you want to make at home such sharp workpieces pepper and pepper, then all you need is just to choose a recipe from our diverse collection and not be afraid to experiment.
