Salad with apples and kiwi dressed with yogurt

Delicious apple and kiwi salad dressed with drinkable yogurt sauce with prunes and nuts.

  • 2 apples;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 2 pears;
  • 2 kiwis;
  • 1 orange.

For sauce:

  • 400 ml drinking fruit yogurt;
  • 3 teaspoons of honey;
  • 150 gr. prunes;
  • 50 gr. nuclei walnuts.

We wash the prunes, pour boiling water over them and let them stand for half an hour so that the dried fruits become softer. Then we drain the water, let the prunes dry and cut them into small pieces. Lightly dry the walnut kernels in a dry frying pan, then chop with a knife, but not too finely.

Mix prunes with nuts, honey and drinkable yogurt. Our salad dressing is ready.

We wash all the fruits, peel and cut into small slices. Mix them and season with the prepared dressing. You can serve the salad differently: put the sliced ​​\u200b\u200bfruit in layers in portioned bowls, and pour the sauce on top.

With strawberry

A variety of berries can be included in fruit salads. Let's make a simple strawberry salad.

  • 1 banana;
  • 1 apple;
  • 8 large strawberries;
  • 4 tablespoons of yogurt;
  • 1 slice of lemon;
  • sugar can be added if desired.

We wash the fruits. We peel the apple, cut out the seed boxes, cut into cubes. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice to keep them from browning. We spread the apple cubes in portioned bowls, pour a tablespoon of yogurt.

We clean the banana, cut into circles 1-1.5 cm thick, then cut each circle into four parts. We spread bananas on apples, pour a spoonful of yogurt.

We remove the sepals from the strawberries, cut the berries into four parts and lay them on top of the fruit. Drizzle with the remaining yogurt. If desired, you can decorate the salad with a mint leaf.

Recipe with nuts

Another option delicious salad cook with nuts.

  • 1 banana;

  • 100 ml fruit sweet yogurt;
  • 100 gr. walnut kernels;
  • 2 dried apricots;
  • 20 raisins.

Pour boiling water over dried apricots and raisins for half an hour, then drain the water and dry the dried fruits. Cut dried apricots into small pieces. Fry the peeled nuts in a dry frying pan and chop, you should get a nut crumb.

All the ingredients listed in the list are well washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. We mix the fruit, season the salad with yogurt. If desired, you can add a little sugar or honey to the salad.

Let's start serving the salad. We spread a layer of fruit mixture in portioned bowls. Sprinkle walnuts(use half of the prepared nuts). Then lay out the rest of the salad. Sprinkle the top layer again with nuts and decorate with pieces of dried apricots and raisins.
