Cooking method

Wash the pork, dry it on a paper towel. Use a knife to make deep cuts along the entire length of the piece. Rub with a mixture of salt and pepper, brush with mustard and put in a cold place for 45 minutes. Cut the cheese into slices 0.5 cm thick. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into thin slices. Place a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato and garlic in each cut in the meat.

Wrap the stuffed pork tightly in foil for baking, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the potatoes thoroughly and brush them. Ingredients

Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
Crab sticks - 200 g;
Hard cheese - 180 g;
Prunes (pitted) - 20 pcs.;
Butter - 40 g;
Walnuts - 2 tablespoons;
Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons;
Parsley - 1 bunch;
Ground black pepper, salt to taste.
Cooking method

Rinse the prunes thoroughly, pour boiling water over for 10 minutes. Shatter walnuts... Fill the prunes with nuts, place in a preheated pan and dry on each side for 3 minutes. Previously, homemade dumplings were the most festive meat dish. The whole family made them in the evenings for a week in advance. But all the New Year's days, you could throw these "ears" into the water and literally in a few minutes already eat with pleasure with a home gourmet. And the manti also delighted the soul when a whole mountain of these beautiful half-roses - half-envelopes was smoking with steam in the center of the table on a huge platter.

Then came the era of all sorts of chops, steaks and huge cuttings, whole baked. They were pickled, stuffed with spices and vegetables, fried with and without breading. Yes, what they did not do to show off their ability to cook pork or beef at the highest level. They even tried to bake the whole bird so that it was juicy and tasty.

Now the hostesses strive to cook some new beautiful and unusual dishes every time. Even the good old zrazy and minced meat rolls are decorated in such a way that you don't immediately recognize them by appearance... Why not?

I added a bacon mesh or changed the order of the order of the formation of the dish and it turns out in an original way. And the roast in the pots? Replaced meat cubes with meatballs and a gorgeous festive dinner is ready! Try the interpretation of familiar recipes offered in the article and delight your loved ones with delicious hot for the second.

Seeing for the first time such an interesting braided bar at a friend's birthday party, it seemed to me that it was very difficult and, probably, it would not work out so beautifully. It turned out that everything is actually pretty easy.

Long thin slices of bacon are intertwined into a rectangular "mat", into which any filling, formed in the form of a sausage, is then wrapped. When she showed me how to make such a shell, I immediately remembered the labor lessons at school - we did it from paper and ribbons!

Ingredients:

  • Bacon, minced cutlet - 0.5 kg each.
  • Fresh champignons - 200 gr.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp l.
  • Ground pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation:

Let's disassemble the package of bacon into separate single strips. If you could not buy one, then homemade bacon with a meat layer is quite suitable. Only pre-freeze it for at least half an hour, so that it is easier to cut off long slices of the same thickness. For a smoother cut, use a ruler and a very sharp kitchen or stationery knife.

16 pieces of bacon ribbons are enough. Fold 8 pieces in one direction and then skip the other 8 with them cross to cross, alternating the arrangement on top or below the laid out stripes. We get a nice braided rectangle.

Cut the champignons with onions into cubes, salt and pepper, and then fry for 5 minutes in oil until half cooked. Then form a square layer from the minced cutlet and put the onion-mushroom frying on it.

If the minced meat is purchased, then do not forget to add a little salt to it at first, so that it does not turn out too bland.

Gently wrap the mushrooms in meatloaf, trying to close the junction well so that juice does not flow out of it during frying. Place our "sausage" on one side of the braided bacon.

Now we will turn a small edge on the roll and carefully begin to roll it towards the long edge of the "matting", thereby completely wrapping it in this shell. Seal and press the ends of the bacon around the edges.

Place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet with the "seam" down, so that the slices do not rise and curl during baking. We put in a preheated oven for an hour to cook at a temperature of 190 degrees.

It is advisable to serve hot with a light side dish: vegetables, crushed potatoes, etc.

Pork chop with mushroom filling - meat balls

I really love zrazy, but there is not always time to make mashed potatoes or minced meat for the outer layer. Interesting idea I spied on our cookery and now I cook periodically.

The stuffing of potatoes, sauerkraut, sliced ​​eggs or rice with vegetables is wrapped in a chop, and then rolled into balls and tied with a string so that they do not bloom. And then several options are prepared: fried, baked or steamed. All options are delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Pork chop - 5 pcs.
  • Bacon slice - 5-10 pcs.
  • Mushrooms - 200 gr.
  • Carrots, onions - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp l. + for deep fat.
  • Ground pepper, salt, spices - to taste.

Preparation:

We take ready-made pork slices for frying, or part of the nut and cut it into equal pieces. We rinse well, each of them is lightly salted and seasoned with your favorite spices or just ground pepper. Beat off to make a thin chop.

Parallel with grated carrots and diced onion on sunflower oil fry the mushrooms bought or frozen boiled in the fall. Be sure to add a little salt to them and let the excess liquid evaporate for about 5-8 minutes. Then put 1-2 tablespoons of the mushroom-vegetable mixture on each chop.

We collect the edges of the beaten meat into a kind of bun to seal the filling tightly inside. It turns out a ball similar to a whitewash, only without a hole in the middle.

To prevent the form from falling apart, wrap one or two strips of bacon on all sides, and then tie it with a string.

Let it cool a little before serving, so as not to burn yourself while removing the rope harness. Remove the string and serve with fresh cabbage salad, sour cream sauce and French fries.

Beef rolls with vegetable filling

We have long been accustomed to Japanese seaweed and rice rolls. But you can also make wonderful meat rolls stuffed with strips of vegetables.

To make it very soft and tasty dish, the beef should first be beaten off and marinated in the sauce for at least half an hour, and the vegetables should be sautéed for a couple of minutes. Only then collect the rolls together and fry.

Ingredients:

  • Fillet of beef - 500 gr.
  • Balsamic vinegar, meat broth - 50 ml each.
  • Bell peppers, carrots, zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Chives - 0.5 bunch.
  • A clove of garlic - 2 pcs.
  • Chopped shallots - 2 tbsp l.
  • Worcester sauce - 3 tbsp l.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l. + 2 tbsp. l.
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbsp l.
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Provencal herbs - 0.5 tsp
  • Ground pepper, spices, salt - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the fresh beef fillet into 10-15 rectangular slices, as for steaks, and beat them well. Then, in a deep bowl, mix the olive oil (2 tablespoons) with Worcester sauce, pepper and a pinch of salt. We dip each chop well and put them on top of each other in the same dish with sauce so that the meat is marinated for at least half an hour.

In the meantime, there is time, you can make a caramel sweet-sour sauce, which we will then cover our rolls. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and simmer the pre-chopped shallots on it for a couple of minutes until it becomes translucent. Then pour in the broth with vinegar and let them warm up a little. Add sugar and dissolve it completely. We boil the sauce twice so that it resembles thick syrup. Pour into a casserole and leave to cool.

Vegetables by hand or on Korean grater chop with oblong straws. Cut the garlic cloves into slices and send them into heated olive oil (2 tablespoons) for literally one and a half minutes so that they give off their aroma, and then we catch and remove. We lower the vegetable slices to sweat in garlic-olive oil for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle them with Provencal herbs, add a little salt and remove them with a slotted spoon on a dish covered with a paper towel.

Now we take the pickled meat slice and put the vegetables on it. We turn it into a roll and stab it with a toothpick so that the structure does not fall apart. So repeat with all the prepared components.

Reheat the pan, in which the vegetables were fried, and if there is not enough oil, add a little bit of it. We lay out the rolls in rows, trying to make the "seam with a toothpick" appear from the bottom first - this will bake it and it will not unwind without a wooden fastening. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, remove toothpicks and grease with caramel sauce.

A simple but very festive dish can be made with pork and prunes. A beautiful serving of meat in the form of a book, and even with festively decorated potatoes, will surely make such a dish a decoration of the festive table.

Meatballs with cheese, baked with potatoes and mushrooms

You've clearly tried cooking a delicious pot roast. But when there is no piece of meat at hand, but there is minced meat, then it is quite possible to cook at least original dish in the oven. Only we will not lay it with a flat cake, but roll it into small balls, as for soup with meatballs.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat, potatoes - 350 gr.
  • Mushrooms - 250 gr.
  • Cheese - 100 gr.
  • Tomato, onion - 2 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp l.
  • Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. l. per serving.
  • Favorite spices, salt - to taste.

Preparation:

Chop one onion very finely and mix with minced meat. We add some salt and season with your favorite spices. Knead well and vomit so that it becomes a little denser. And then we roll balls of the same size between the palms and send them to the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that they do not flatten in our fingers.

Cut fresh or boiled thawed mushrooms into convenient pieces of the same thickness. Cut the second onion into centimeter squares and send it to lightly sauté in oil for a minute. In just a minute, add the mushroom slices and fry until a browning crust appears. Add a little salt and season with pepper.

Chop the peeled potatoes into pieces one and a half centimeter thick. It is better if it is cutting in the form of cubes so that the vegetable is stewed evenly. Add a couple of pinches of salt and mix well.

Now let's start laying the dishes in layers in greased ovenproof tins. First, distribute 2/3 of the potato slices evenly over all the pots.

Fried mushrooms are next. They will add a forest flavor to the dish and nourish the potatoes with their juice.

We spread the leftover potatoes and put chilled meat balls on it. They can be pressed lightly into the vegetables to avoid leaving too much space between them.

Quickly chop the tomatoes with a sharp knife so that they do not have time to give juice and lay the tomato slices between the meatballs. Lubricate with mayonnaise - it will not allow the top layers to dry out and, having melted, will saturate all the contents with its aroma.

Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream with garlic or yogurt with finely chopped herbs.

We send for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. It remains only to make a cheese cap. We rub the cheese through large cells and sprinkle with this shavings all almost finished portions.

Then we leave our masterpieces to bake for another 15 minutes, so that the cheese melts and the dish inside the molds is completely melted.

Serving simply fried chicken pieces on the festive table is not very interesting.   • Tomatoes - 500 gr.
  • Semi-sweet wine - 200 ml.
  • Starch - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp l.
  • Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the washed fillet into equal two-centimeter pieces, add a little salt and send them to fry for 5 minutes over medium heat until a light ruddy appears.

Pass the tomatoes through a blender to make a homogeneous tomato gruel. Fill the chicken with it and leave to simmer for 5 minutes in a closed pan.

The next liquid is wine. You can choose it according to your liking. I like white more. But red will give a tart note and the color of the pulp will become like boiled veal. Add it to the tomato sauce, mix well and leave to simmer for another 8 minutes.

It remains to add a creamy flavor. Sour cream will help us with this. Add it to the pan to the previous ingredients and stir occasionally, cook the dish for another 5 minutes. Then add starch to thicken the sauce.

We continue extinguishing for another 10-15 minutes. As soon as the appetizing chicken is completely ready, add finely chopped dill to it and mix. Serve with any side dish.
