After pouring in the liquid, continue stirring so that the flour does not clump together. The future sauce will immediately begin to thicken due to flour, if it becomes too thick, add more liquid until you get the consistency of a good gravy.

5. Reduce heat under the skillet so that the sauce only gurgles slightly and does not boil actively. It's time to put in the sour cream. Add it to the skillet and stir until it is completely dissolved in the sauce. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.

6. While the sauce is cooking, add spices to it, squeeze the garlic through a press and salt to taste. Do not forget that the chicken has already been slightly salted.

  1. Let's start by preparing the chicken legs. Wash them thoroughly under running water. Dry with a paper tea towel. You can replace the paper towel with a kitchen waffle towel, it absorbs moisture well. We just need to get them wet. Next, look at the shin and cut off the extra pieces of cartilage and hanging skin. We put them on a dish and set it aside.
  2. If the shin pieces are different in size, use a sharp knife to make a depression on the larger pieces. So that everything is ready at the same time.
  3. We send the shins into a deep bowl. Add seasoning for chicken legs. Seasoning can be substituted for salt and pepper. You can also add to them all sorts of other spices that you have in stock and according to your taste. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly.
