  • salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.;
  • ground coriander - 1 tsp;
  • pepper - to taste;
  • oil for frying.

Cooking order:

  1. Soaking this by-product is not required. Simply remove films, wash and dry.
  2. Clean the onion. Cut it into several pieces. Together with the liver, grind until smooth in a meat grinder or blender.
  3. Drive eggs into the semi-finished product. Salt, pepper. Sprinkle with coriander. Stir thoroughly.
  4. In another container, fill the semolina with a small amount of water. Then add the porridge to the minced meat and leave to swell for about 40 minutes.
  5. Roast in the usual way.

Semolina adds splendor to pancakes. But it is not necessary to use it. The indicated amount of ingredients accounts for 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour of any kind. Such liver pancakes are cooked much faster, because you do not need to spend time swelling the cereal. Mix the ingredients into a uniform mass and turn on the fire on the stove.

The less oil, the more tender the structure and taste of the fritters. In order not to pour it, you can wipe the pan with an oiled napkin. Or put a half of a potato on a fork and, dipping it in a saucer with butter, treat the surface of the pan with a cut point before each batch of pancakes.
