  • basil - 6-7 leaves;
  • ground black pepper and salt - to taste;
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon.

You will also need wooden or bamboo skewers for cooking.

How to cook zucchini rolls with chicken and cheese

Cut the washed zucchini lengthwise into thin slices, about 5 mm thick.


Lay them out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and grease olive oil with a cooking brush.


Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Bake for a short time in the oven for literally 5-7 minutes, just until they become soft, pliable and easy to roll.
