  1. Cut off one or two slices of white bread or loaf. We break into several parts, put in a bowl and pour milk.

  3. We clean 1-2 onions and also interrupt them with a blender into gruel or cut into very small pieces. Onions are also sent to meat.
  4. Add 2-3 tablespoons of any sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze 2-3 cloves of garlic through a press. Mix everything together well. You don't need to add any eggs. The mixture may seem watery to you, but it should be.
  5. Pour some into the pan vegetable oil and warm up well. We collect a portion of minced meat with a spoon and put it in the pan in the form of a cutlet.
  6. Fry under a closed lid, first one side, and then turn over to the other.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
  8. We rub on a coarse grater 80-100 g of any hard cheese and sprinkle cutlets.
  9. We put the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 190-200 ° for about 15 minutes to melt the cheese.

  2. We clean 1-2 onions from the husk, chop into very small pieces and put in a bowl.
  3. Take a bunch of fresh parsley. Rinse in running water, finely chop and send to the onion. We also put the turkey mince in there.
  4. Add chopped 2-3 cloves of garlic. You can squeeze them through a press or finely chop.
  5. We spread the soaked bread slices in the minced meat. Pour pepper and salt to taste, as well as a couple of tablespoons of semolina. Mix well, and at the end beat off a little to make the meat juicier. To do this, simply pick it up with your hand and throw it back into the bowl.
  6. From small portions roll up the meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish. So that they do not stick to your hands and turn out to be smooth, we collect a little water in a small bowl and periodically moisten our hands in it.
  7. In a separate bowl, lay out 150-160 g of sour cream, with a fat content of 15%. Pour 80-100 ml of milk or cream. Add finely chopped bunch of dill, ground pepper and salt. Mix everything together well.

  8. Cover with foil and send for 40 minutes in the oven, which must be preheated to 180 °.
  9. Serve hot to mashed potatoes, pasta, rice or other side dish.

Cooking in a multicooker

Cooking turkey meatballs in a slow cooker no different from baking in the oven. The only difference is that meat balls we put it not in a form, but in a multicooker bowl. Then pour the sauce, cover with a lid and set the “Extinguishing” mode for 40 minutes.

  3. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs into a separate deep container. Pour 80-100 ml of milk or cream. Mix and leave for 5 minutes to soften the crackers.
  4. We wash a bunch of fresh herbs under the tap and finely chop. Put the turkey mince into a bowl. We send onion to it from the pan along with butter and soaked croutons. If there is a lot of liquid in them, then squeeze lightly.
  5. Add one chicken egg, pepper and salt to taste, as well as half of the chopped greens. Mix everything together well.
  6. Lay a piece of baking paper on the table as long as the future roll. It's about 40 cm.
  7. Spread half of the stuffing on paper and distribute, stepping back from the edges.
  8. Next we put the cheese. It is best to cut it into thin slices or take ready-made ones. If desired, you can grate the cheese on a grater.
  9. Distribute the remaining greens on top of the cheese and cover with the second half of the minced meat.
  10. We wrap one long edge of the parchment and slightly compact the minced meat in the middle. Roll up and fold inward.
  11. We shift the roll onto a baking sheet, send it to the oven and bake for 35 minutes at a temperature of 200 °. If desired, 10 minutes before readiness, open the paper to brown the top.
  12. Cut into portions and serve hot or cold with a slice of bread or a side dish.
