First you need to prepare the dough for pancakes. To do this, add salt and granulated sugar to the flour, then carefully introduce the milk and beat in the eggs, pour in the oil. Mix everything very well so that there are no lumps. If, nevertheless, lumps have formed, then it is necessary to strain the dough through a sieve. After that, you can fry pancakes in a hot pan in the usual way. Stack the pancakes.

Prepare the filling separately. To do this, take the heart and boil in slightly salty water. Also boil chicken eggs, fry the onion in a frying pan. Then you need to grind the heart, eggs and onion all together in a meat grinder or chop in a blender. Add salt and pepper, stir everything, the filling is ready.

Recipe: Pancakes with heart - with beef heart

Ingredients:
pancakes - 15 pcs. ;
beef heart - 350 g;
onion - 1 pc. ;
leeks - to taste

While we were frying pancakes, the heart was cooked. Drain the water and wash the pieces.

Finely chop the onion and leek and send it to fry in a pan.

Pass the heart through a meat grinder and add to the onion.

Pour 2/3 cup boiled water into the pan. The heart should be extinguished for another 10-15 minutes.

You can add salt if you wish, but I did not add salt, because I gave this dish to a child. When the filling is ready (it should settle a little), we put the pancake with the fried side up and spread the filling in the center. I put more, as my husband likes.
