A great dish when you don't have a lot of time to cook. And this is real food, not any fast food out there. Lunch, dinner, snacks - this pizza is perfect for any occasion. Here's how to make a pizza like this:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a microwave-safe mug. Select the size of the mug approximately as in the photo, then the cooking time will correspond to our recipe.
  2. Add milk and butter, mix well. If time is running out, you can leave the most persistent lumps.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on top.
  4. Grate the cheese finely, mix with the seasoning and spread evenly over the sauce.
  5. Cut the salami into slices and place on the grated cheese.
  6. Cook in the microwave at 1200 W for about 80 seconds.

Be sure to follow the process the first time, namely:


  • make sure that the ingredients do not fill your mug by more than 2/3 of the volume, if so, take a larger mug;
  • put a cup of future pizza exactly in the middle of the microwave dish;
  • turn on the microwave for 50 seconds;
  • after the timer beep, remove the cup and check the readiness of the pizza;
  • Although this effect will be negligible for a 200 ml mug, remember that dishes are heated unevenly in the microwave - the edges are cooked faster than the middle. Therefore, check the readiness of the pizza in the middle;
  • if necessary, cook for another 30 seconds and then also check the doneness;
  • and so on until ready, each time with a little less time;
  • Please note that for the next pizza preparation without monitoring the process, the baking time in the microwave will be a few seconds less than the total cooking time with checks, because during the readiness checks the dish has time to cool down a little and it needs additional time to warm up.

Also remember, if the power of the cooking mode is less, then more time is needed. Also keep in mind that the cooking time also depends on the volume of the microwave! Delicious quick breakfasts!
