Cut the potatoes medium, pass the carrots through a grater, finely chop the onions. The mushrooms are also cut into pieces and thrown into the broth after boiling. They should cook for about half an hour.

Pieces of potatoes are dipped into the soup 20 minutes after the start of boiling the mushrooms. Then you can cook pasta. To do this, sift the flour and add a little salt to it. The yolk is ground with water (1 tbsp. L.) And added to the flour.

From these components, a dense dough should turn out, which needs to be infused for a quarter of an hour. Then it is rolled out and cut into thin strips, which must be dried in the oven. The onions and carrots are sautéed and sent to the pan. After that, add the noodles and cook the dish until it is ready.

Long and thin noodles are made from the resulting layer and slightly dried.

The meatball stuffing can be anything. Grated onion (1 pc.) And garlic, as well as crackers and chopped parsley are added to it. After mixing the minced meat until smooth, small balls are sculpted from it. Peel the carrots and the second onion, chop finely and sauté in a pan.

Pour the broth into a saucepan and boil. Frying is added to it, and after boiling again - noodles. When it's almost done, the meatballs are dipped into the soup. After 5-10 minutes, the food is seasoned with spices and herbs and removed from the heat.
