- pork 400 grams;

Products:

- herring - 1 pc.;
- potatoes - 4 pcs.;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- beets - 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise - 200 g;
- bow - 1 pc.;
- vinegar for pickling onions.

Cooking:
Pre-cut the onion arbitrarily and marinate in vinegar for 2-3 hours. But you can put raw, at your discretion.

Boil potatoes, carrots and beets, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater or cut into small cubes.

Peel the herring, separate from the bones, cut into small pieces.

It is better to lay it not over the entire surface of the roll, but with a long log in the middle. We tamp all layers in the same way with the help of cling film.

Gently roll the roll around the herring log. We tamp the edges well. We wrap in the same film. We put the snack in the refrigerator, until the arrival of guests. Before serving, remove the film and cut into portions.
