Melt sweet butter until liquid. Add sugar to it. Stir, chill. Beat in 2 eggs. Shake the mixture until smooth.

Remove the zest from half a lemon, squeeze out some juice. The recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of zest and 1 tablespoon of juice. Transfer this to the butter and sugar preparation.

Grind the peeled almonds into crumbs. If you got nuts in an unpeeled form, you will have to process them yourself. Scald the almonds with boiling water. When the dark skin swells, drain the water.   • 250 gr. ghee;
  • 200 gr. granulated sugar;
  • 4.5 chicken eggs;
  • 150 gr. sour cream;

Filling:

  • 1 large apple ("Golden");
  • 1 drop of apple cider vinegar;
  • 200 gr. sweet curd mass with vanillin;
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon.

Bring melted butter to liquid in a water bath. Mix with sand, salt. Cool down. Mix with eggs (3.5 pieces), sour cream. Add baking powder and half the flour. Stir well. Put it on the table. Sprinkle with the remaining flour. Knead the dough by hand. Leave it aside for now.

Peel the apple. Cut the pulp, chop it into thin slices or on a grater. Stir in cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.

Roll out the dough into a wide layer - preferably a rectangular shape. Spread the curd mass on it in an even layer. Then apples. Roll the dough into a tight roll. Cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick. On a baking sheet, place the pieces tightly next to each other so that they form a semi-finished pie.

It's time for the cherry filling. Bread the peeled berries in a mixture of starch and nutmeg. Rub cottage cheese with powdered sugar and liquor.
