One of the favorite ingredients for various types of dough is kefir. The dough kneaded on it is often used as a base for pizza. How to prepare it correctly to make your pizza delicious? Let's dwell on the most important points:

  • For pizza, kefir of any fat content is suitable. But best of all, the dough is obtained on a product of low fat content (it is best to take a one percent product).
  • Before using it, it is imperative to warm it up so that it becomes warm. Otherwise, the dough will not turn out homogeneous, and lumps will remain in it.
  • If there is no kefir in the refrigerator, then it may well be replaced by yogurt or sour cream.
  • Preferred pizza flour top grade... From flour of the first grade, the dough will turn out dark and will have a peculiar taste.
  • If you add soda to the dough, then it will become fluffy and soft. In this case, the soda can be quenched with vinegar or citric acid, but you can pour out uncanceled. It will be extinguished by kefir.
