Birch tinctures on brunka and not only. Birch brunki in folk medicine and alcohol industry Preparation of tincture for external use

The warm summer is over. And this means that the season for collecting medicinal herbs has come to an end. By the way, it starts quite early - when the snow has not yet left the ground. Then - in March - connoisseurs and connoisseurs of the healing powers of nature begin to collect miraculous birch buds or, as they are popularly called, birch "bruneks". Every year there are more and more collectors of medicinal raw materials in Ukraine.

Pantry of our nature

AiF asked what exactly was collected in Ukraine this year.

“Of course, traditionally alder buds, birch leaves and brunki, oak and birch bark, sorrel, sage, wild rose, celandine, yarrow, fennel, licorice,” shared collector of medicinal plants Petr Nagirnyak. - And also tansy, motherwort, cinquefoil, iris, St. John's wort.

According to him, the most laborious has always been and remains the collection of brunek birch.

“Collecting “brunki” is like washing gold,” he admits. - Imagine that we used to cut brunki from branches one at a time. Over time, they began to bring branches of birches cut by foresters from the forest. But that didn't make the job any easier. After all, first you need to take the bundles out of the forest on yourself, reload them into a cart and take them home. Then dry properly - so that the brunki do not dry out, but also so that mold does not form on them. Branches thresh like ears of corn. To do this, a canvas is laid out on the floor, where, when threshed, the brunki are poured. Then you need to select them one at a time and collect them in canvas bags. Well, why not golden sand!

What bees know

By the way, bees use birch buds for propolis. So birch bud tincture differs little from propolis tincture in terms of medicinal properties, but it is more accessible and widely used in the treatment of various diseases.

Experts say that in terms of the impact on the human body, ordinary birch trees are not inferior to the widely advertised garden ginseng, which has been cultivated artificially for a long time. And brunki in Ukraine are harvested in the wild, and only in ecologically clean areas. This means that they have time to absorb and retain a maximum of useful substances. That is why our domestic phyto-raw materials - including birch brunki - are especially valued abroad.

Studies have shown that unblown brunki are rich in flavonoids, essential oils, contain vitamins C and PP (improves metabolism), carotene, as well as minerals: magnesium, iron and calcium. Due to this, brunki have a strengthening, anti-edematous, choleretic, anti-inflammatory and tonic effect.

cold remedy

“Now, when it’s damp outside, it’s hard to overestimate the healing effect of tincture on brunka,” says phytotherapeutist Boris Skachko. - You can buy it in a pharmacy, or you can cook it yourself at home. Take 1 part of the kidneys, grind in a mortar, pour 5 parts of alcohol. Insist in a dark warm place for 7 days. At a temperature and symptoms of SARS, you first need to rub your body with it, and then wrap yourself in a blanket and drink tea - also from birch buds. Such therapy can warm, reduce aches, relieve fever - and the cold will recede.

Phyto raw materials in industry

And yet, as it turned out, medicinal plants are widely used today not only for the preparation of preventive or therapeutic agents - all kinds of ointments, tinctures, decoctions and extracts. On the basis of phyto-raw materials in the food industry, a wide variety of infusions and aromatic spirits are made.

“In order to create a certain recipe, medicinal raw materials, for example, birch brunki, are poured with a water-alcohol mixture,” said Chief Technologist of the Crimean Vodka Company Sergey Grigorenko. - When infused, aromatic and biologically active substances pass into the liquid. And for the preparation of vodka, the finished infusion is distilled in a special installation to obtain aromatic alcohol.

Note - about methods of dealing with a hangover

“It has long been noticed that natural remedies help a drunk person perfectly. For example, such a recipe: pour birch brunki with boiling water - 1 teaspoon per half liter of water, - shared B. Skachko. - Let them soften, then mash, so that more active substances stand out, and the leaves turn around. It is necessary to drink such an infusion during the day: 3-4 sips every half hour. Thus, the excretory system is activated, the blood is cleansed. In addition, birch buds have a mild tonic effect, stimulate the brain. By the way, when fighting a hangover, you can’t drink tea, coffee or energy drinks. An overdrinking person already has cerebral vascular edema, and caffeine consumption only enhances blood supply. The risk of stroke is increased.

Tinctures based on certain birch components are considered one of the most useful. They are, in fact, a ready-made vitamin complex and in small doses can easily help improve health. Everything is used to prepare such tinctures: brunki, juice, kidneys, earrings.

Too early kidneys have not yet acquired useful substances, and there is no point in using them. The tincture will acquire a yellowish color and a sharp, pleasant taste.

3) Recipe 3.

Another recipe will make a nice tincture. Here you will need six liters of moonshine and 200 grams of fresh buds and birch leaves. The leaves will add richness to the taste.

The tincture is prepared in three stages:

  • First, fill the brunki and leaves with two liters of moonshine, leave for three days in a dark place.
  • We separate the liquid, and pour a new portion of moonshine into the kidneys. After three days, filter, separating the liquid.
  • We fill it for the third time, only for 10 days. After that, mix all three liquids and filter them. Tincture on birch trees is ready.

Birch with a mild spring flavor can be prepared using the following ingredients:

“A white birch under my window...” The poet who wrote these lines seemed to be visiting me, because in my front garden there really grow a birch planted once by my grandfather. She has grown decently over the years, which is why a neighbor from time to time tries to convince me to cut down a blond beauty. “It’s dangerous,” he says, “to have such a tree near the house - suddenly a heavy wind will fly in, break off the branches, and if the broken trunk falls on the roof, it won’t seem enough for you!”

Only my hand does not rise to take an ax or a saw and destroy such beauty. So I get off with general promises. Like, let the beauty live, please the eye. After all, cutting it down is a matter of minutes, and growing it takes years and decades.

And recently a friend from the Crimea came to visit me. I saw a birch, and threw up my hands:

Yes, you have, - he says, - under the window a real living pharmacy!

I did not immediately understand what was at stake. I grow greenery in the front garden, but its price is a penny in the marketnyday. There is nothing to be excited about this. And the fact that the acquaintance had in mind a birch, could not have occurred to me.

I, - he says, - came to you in time. Soon the time will come to collect birch buds - so I go to the forestno need to go. You have enough of this goodness. Hope you don't mind?

Asked a question and expected to hear a short answer. And as a result, I listened to a real lecture thatonly these spring days provide an opportunity for true experts in traditional medicine to procure raw materials that cure hundreds of diseases

In the West, they were well aware of the healing properties of birch trees (buds). Western pharmacologists were particularly interested inrejuvenating effect of alcohol infusion on birch buds and the possibility of their wide application in cosmetics. The main obstacle to the transition to mass production and use of preparations from birch buds was the lack of a sufficient amount of raw materials. As it became known from the recently declassified archives of the Soviet era, a way out of this impasse was found.

In the early 1960s, several meetings of the party leadership of the Soviet Union with the heads of the largest pharmaceutical enterprises took place, at which an agreement was reached on the conditions for the supply of birch buds, which became one of the articles, albeit tacit, of foreign exchange earnings in the country long before active exports abroad oil.

To fulfill the obligations undertaken, a special order was issued on the planned harvesting of birch buds (the word "brunki" was also used in the title). At the end of December, special groups were formed, which for three months - from January to April - were engaged in collecting swollen, but still unblown brunkas.

The cut branches were tied into bundles. The next step was drying and packing the material in special containers. But only part of the collected raw materials was exported, since the party leadership of the Soviet Union was itself well aware of the healing properties of birch buds. Raw materials were sent to special pharmacies, where a unique infusion was prepared from them.

Dry the kidneys in the open air or in dryers at a temperature of 25-30 degrees. Store them in cloth and paper bags or in glass containers.

Some time ago I succeeded with the help of vodka infusion of birch budsget rid offrom hearing loss second degree. When a relapse occurred a year later, I again resorted to the help of birch buds and my hearing returned. Many of my friends became interested in this experience and asked for more details about the recipe and how to use it.

I will say right away that the idea of being treated is The well-known phytotherapeutist Dr. Dannikov suggested to me with cutting kidneys. In one of his articles, he writes: “Alcohol tincture of birch budssuccessfully curedchronic purulent mesotympanitis - acute inflammation of the middle ear without perforation of the tympanic membrane.

Birch buds insist on 70% alcohol in a ratio of 1:10 for two months, periodically shaking the contents. Alcohol drops are applied in the usual way. After a thorough toilet of the ears, the tincture in a warm form (+ 37 degrees), 3-5 drops, is instilled three times a day.

Once a day, in patients with chronic otitis, this tincture should wash the ear. Treatment is carried out within 10-15 days.

In addition to ear diseases, birch buds treat anydiseases of the genitourinary system, malignant ulcers, oncological diseases. With the help of alcohol on: kidney racks save even hopeless patientswith peritonitis - postoperative inflammation of the abdomen

noah cavity. When no anti biotics no longer work, the tincture kills pathogens.

Birch buds

Water or alcohol infusion of kidneyshas a diuretic, choleretic, blood-purifying, analgesic, wound healing, anti-inflammatory, disinfectant action. They are cureddiabetes mellitus, thrombophlebitis, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, etc.

Dr. Dannikov lists the healing properties of birch buds on twenty pages. Evenjoint diseases, rheumatism folk healers healed with the help of birch buds or leaves. Why is this miraculous remedy forgotten today?People very rarely buy birch buds in pharmacies. The answer is simple - general ignorance in the field of traditional medicine. Doctors for the most part also do not know what miracles our simple birch is capable of. I can assume that pharmacists deliberately keep silent about the universal effect of birch preparations - they are too cheap, you can’t make millions of dollars.

That is why the market is overstocked with expensive synthetic drugs, although the chemistry is far from safe for the body.

I'm five minutes to seventy. I am a deep pensioner and I watch with regret how my “colleagues” rush around pharmacies, worry about the fact that they do not get preferential expensive medicines. All these worries only shorten life. Yes, you spit on these preferential medicines, go to the forest in April and collect more birch buds so that it is enough for a whole year.

Prepare a tincture based on birch buds. This is how you heal. There will be more sense. Trust my years of experience .

Birch buds helped cure the stomach!

This remedy for stomach pain is much better than all the advertised pills. It not only relieves a spasm that does not allow you to live in peace, but it also makes a lazy stomach work normally, produce the necessary enzymes and not be “naughty”.

However, many treat the vagaries of their stomach with disdain. I ate something spicy or sour, I felt discomfort in my stomach, and instead of thinking about its reasons, I immediately reached into my pocket for pills.

Apparently, the years of intrusive advertising have not gone unnoticed for many of us. And how could it be otherwise, when on TV almost every day you see a person who has “noise and din” in his stomach and who, after a pill of a magical remedy, is even ready to eat “fried nails”.

Many of us tend to believe in miracles. And advertising "healings" impress us more than the advice of doctors and healers. Perhaps that is why there have been more miracle cures, but for some reason the disease has not become less. And then, after all, it is known that all these “quick” means help for the time being,- until the time, and then the stomach just goes out of control. And then what to do?

I myself fought with this body for a long time, for a long time and without success. They did not shake either medication or diet. I was envied by full friends, they say, it’s necessary, she retained such a figure after marriage and after the birth of two children.

How can I explain to them that it's my fear of food, which causes wild pains in the stomach. You can’t not eat either - this makes it even worse. So I suffered on dietary products, from which my stomach also often hurt.

I found out about the tincture of birch buds by accident. I have heard before that they are very useful, but I did not think that they would help me specifically. It's always like this. You hear about a healing remedy, nod and immediately forget, thinking that it definitely won’t help you.

But then my mother took over my treatment. Her stomach began to churn with age. She increasingly complained of pain, nausea appeared, her appetite disappeared. It is always easier to be treated together, so we got down to this business.

From birch buds for the treatment of the stomach, it is necessary to prepare a tincture.

A teaspoon of dry kidneys is poured into 100 ml of 70-degree alcohol and infused in a dark place at room temperature. The tincture will be ready in3 weeks. It must be filtered and begin to regularly take 20 drops three times a day.day. This dose was enough for me to forget for a long time what a sick stomach is.
