For test:
6 eggs
1.5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
Vanillin 0.5 tsp

For cream:
1 kg of sour cream (preferably 1.2-1.3)
8-9 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp cocoa

Beat eggs with sugar. Add vanilla, baking powder and sift flour. Beat the dough again at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Line baking sheets with parchment paper (4 baking sheets in total) and scoop the dough out by a tablespoon like a cookie, leaving gaps between the cakes to rise.

Bake at 180C for 12 minutes. Immediately remove the cakes from the paper.
