One of the most popular snack pies in my arsenal of pies and pies. I am not a special fan of tinkering with the dough, I always fear that it will not rise or be elastic or crumbly, so I prefer to use ready dough, the choice of which in supermarkets is now enormous. But I love to experiment with fillings, as well as with pie forms.

Puff pastry with minced meat and cheese special efforts and does not require imagination. Today I will weave a braid from all the ingredients - it will turn out simple, tasty, and even beautiful.

We will prepare all the products according to the list. Minced meat can be taken with any meat. Cheese is better to take Mozzarella or one that melts well. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer in advance so that it thaws.

Pour the minced seasoning and salt into the minced meat.

Finely chop the pollock fillet. Pieces should be no more than 0.5 * 0.5 cm. Grinding in a meat grinder is not recommended, the fish will lose its juiciness.
Add finely chopped raw onions to the fish, without frying. Salt and pepper.

Some housewives add seasoning for the fish, I prefer not to add anything to the filling, but just add a few cloves before cooking, placing them right on top of the pie.

Mix the resulting minced meat with your hands, slightly pressing down so that the juice slightly stands out. Add sour cream and stir again. The amount of sour cream can be adjusted, the minced meat should be moderately juicy, but without flowing liquid.   • mushrooms - 300 gr.

  • green peas or canned corn - 200 gr.;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • greens - 1 bunch;
  • sour cream or mayonnaise - 100 gr.;
  • hard cheese - 200 gr.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, add water, boil, drain. Fry mushrooms until half cooked with onions, cut into half rings. Cut the pepper into cubes, pour over the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, cut into cubes.

Ingredients:

  • yeast-free puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
  • hard cheese - 1 kg;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • salt - depending on the cheese.

Prepare the cheese filling. Grate the cheese. It is necessary to grate on a coarse grater, because when baking, the cheese melts, and finely grated pieces spread between the layers of dough, being lost as the main filling. Add 2 raw eggs, the filling should be slightly liquid.

The recipe also needs greens. It doesn't matter if you put spinach, parsley or dill, it will be juicy and tasty in any variant.
