After that, we cook red beans for about fifty minutes - an hour, white beans- forty-five to fifty minutes. By the way, you don't need to soak white beans in water beforehand, in this case you will have to cook them for one and a half to two hours.

It is most convenient to boil beans in a multicooker. To do this, turn on the "Stew" mode and cook white beans for one hour, and red beans for an hour and a half.

Well, it is still advisable to cook the breast with skin and bones. Although the finished fillet, of course, is easier to cook and cut, but we will not achieve that softness and juiciness. And keep in mind that with the skin, the breast is cooked for 5-10 minutes longer.

Astoria

In the next salad - "Astoria", be sure to add boiled chicken breast, smoked will not work here.

  • Boiled chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Champignons - 300 grams
  • Canned beans (white or red) - 300 grams

If you decide to add frozen green beans that you bought at the supermarket to your salad, then keep in mind that you need to cook them for no more than five minutes.

  • Red bell pepper - 1 piece

I can't help but dwell on one more unusual dish from beans. I know one hostess who just loves to experiment in the kitchen. It was she who came up with the idea of ​​transforming the most ordinary salad of beans and chicken into delicious rolls.

Three cheese on a fine grater and put it on a sheet of foil spread on the table. We release the roll from the film and put it on the shabby cheese, roll it well, generously sprinkle it with cheese, wrap it in foil. Further, there are two possible cooking options: just put it in the refrigerator one to two hours before serving; or we send it to the oven, but no longer than ten minutes, so that the cheese has time to melt. Cut the finished roll into circles and put it on the table.

You can also serve this roll to the table in the form of a canapé, placing its circles on fried slices of a white loaf.

Boil two hard-boiled eggs.

Chop the onions into small cubes and fry in a pan with olive oil for a few minutes until translucent.

Wash the chicken fillet in water, remove the foil, small bones and cut into thin strips. Add the meat to the onion and sauté for 6-10 minutes until tender.

Transfer the meat and onions to a deep salad bowl.

Place the red beans on top.

Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Cut the green onions into medium rings; eggs, peel and chop on a coarse grater. Add to salad.
