Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken - 1pc.
  • Potatoes - 1.5kg.
  • Carrots - 1pc.
  • Garlic - 1-3 cloves
  • Olive oil
  • A mixture of seasonings for potatoes - 1 tbsp.
  • Chicken seasoning mixture - 1 tablespoon
  • Teriyaki sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

First, let's cut all the vegetables. Chop the carrots into thin strips.

If you don't want to cut the carrots with a knife, you can just grate them on a coarse grater.

Wash the potatoes, cut off the peel and cut into large pieces, one potato into 4 pieces. We send it to a deep bowl. Sprinkle with seasonings and pour with olive oil, about 3-4 tablespoons.

Mix well, ensuring an even distribution of seasoning and oil.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs - 600g.
  • Potatoes - 600g.
  • Bulb onion - 1pc.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Kefir - 200ml.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

First of all, let's prepare the chicken. To do this, wash my thighs, then dry them and transfer them to a deep bowl.

Cut the onion into half rings, squeeze the garlic through a press, and send everything into a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, paprika and ground coriander.

We mix everything with our hands, trying to crush the onion a little, so it will release juice that will help marinate.

Fill the thighs with kefir and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes.

The longer it marinates, the better, I even left it for the whole night. The taste only benefits from this.

First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into circles about 5mm thick. We send it to a deep bowl and add a little salt.

Salting needs to be said separately. The recipe contains mayonnaise and cheese, and these two products contain salt. Therefore, when adding salt, do it carefully, do not overdo it. Is it harder to deal with oversalt than undersalting?

Wash the champignons and cut them into thin slices.
