Preparation:

  1. Wash cabbage leaves, cut off hard places, chop finely.
  2. Put in boiled water and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Scroll in a meat grinder, remove excess water.
  4. Add very finely chopped onion and garlic, chopped dill.
  5. Add salt, pepper, flour and semolina.
  6. Knead the cabbage dough, sculpt the cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until crisp.

This way to get cabbage patties will be chosen by those who are seriously adhering to a diet. With weight loss and some diseases, fried is excluded from the diet. Therefore, a dish in the oven will become a truly tasty and healthy find.

A set of products:

  • 1 kg of cabbage;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 1 glass of milk;
  • 80 g semolina;
  • 3 eggs;
  • salt, pepper and any seasonings;
  • breadcrumbs.

Preparation:

  1. Boil cabbage leaves for 10 minutes, then chop or grind in a blender.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the cabbage mass, simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour everything with milk, after boiling, add semolina, stir, turn off the heat, cover with a lid.
  4. Add spices and eggs (2 pcs and 1 yolk) to the cooled mass, mix, form cutlets. Then roll them in breadcrumbs and place in the oven on a baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with special paper or just grease with oil.
  5. Grease the cutlets with whipped protein, bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

I never thought that cabbage patties could be delicious. This dietary meal is prepared without meat, oil and flour. And there are not even eggs in it. But the great taste and low calorie content simply pleases. Try it yourself.

Ingredients:

White cabbage - 300 g;

carrots - 150-200 g;

onions (yellow, white or purple) - 1 small onion;

fresh garlic - 1-2 cloves;

pepper - a pinch;

salt - a pinch (to taste);

fat-free kefir - 70-100 ml;

rolled oats - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Preparation

1. It is advisable to take young cabbage for the preparation of these diet cutlets. Firstly, this way the cutlets will cook faster. And secondly, the dish will be more tender and juicy. Boil the cabbage in steam or boiling water for 10 minutes. Then cool slightly and grate on a medium or coarse grater. Or you can grind it in a blender or mince it. The smaller the "minced meat" is, the better.

And for lovers of this healthy and low-calorie vegetable, we recommend making a purple cabbage salad.

2. Grate the carrots as well. And you can do the same as with cabbage, chopping the vegetable into a more homogeneous mass. The juice released during this can be used in the dish.

3. Peel the onions, rinse and chop finely. To make the cutlets more juicy, you can chop the onion into a homogeneous puree using a blender.

4. Combine chopped vegetables. Add the minced garlic clove.

5. Pour in kefir. It is advisable to use a fat-free fermented milk product. Pepper and salt the minced vegetables for diet cutlets. Add the rolled oats. If the flakes are too coarse, grind them in a coffee grinder or blender. Kefir with flakes will be a kind of binding elements that will replace eggs with flour in cabbage patties. Therefore, they will turn out not only tasty, dietary, healthy, but also hypoallergenic.

6. Mix everything thoroughly. Let the mixture stand for about an hour (more if you have time). If the mass will be infused for a long time, then it is better to rearrange it in the refrigerator, after covering it with a lid or tightening it with a film. Kefir will soak the oatmeal, and the minced meat will become more elastic and increase in volume.

7. Form small patties in a standard shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (you can additionally grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the future cabbage cutlets in the oven. Cook for about half an hour.
