Boil hard boiled eggs. Cut them into cubes.

Cut canned pineapples into cubes.

Cut the hard cheese into cubes about the same size.

Smoked chicken breast or cut the leg into small cubes.

Put cubes of cheese, smoked chicken, pineapple, cheese into a bowl.

For more spicy taste add garlic to the salad. Peel the cloves of garlic. Pass the garlic into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

I served it on pineapple rings like holiday option snacks. But you can slice the pineapple right into the bowl with the other ingredients and the salad will taste amazing.

Ingredients

To make smoked chicken, pineapple and cheese salad, you will need:

150 g smoked chicken;

100 g of hard cheese;

2 cloves of garlic (optional)

2 hard boiled eggs

ground salt and pepper - to taste;

6-8 rings of canned pineapple;

mayonnaise for dressing.

Cooking steps

Finely chop the peeled eggs.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater, chop the garlic.

Finely chop the smoked chicken.

Put cheese, smoked chicken, eggs and garlic in a bowl, season with pepper and salt (I didn't salt), season with mayonnaise.

Dry the pineapple rings with a paper towel, put on a dish. Spread the salad on top with a spoon. If you are not preparing the salad on rings, simply cut the pineapple into small pieces in a bowl and stir the salad.
