Then another layer of spices and another layer of cucumbers. After that, all the cucumber beauty is covered with the rest of the spices, and on top of them we lay out horseradish leaves.
  5. Above - oppression, on which the load is placed. And only then we pour everything with brine. How to do it? In water cooled down after boiling (warm, 2 l), dissolve 140 g of salt and pour our cucumbers so that they are completely covered with brine.

It is done. Cover with a lid and forget about cucumbers for a couple of days, leaving the "dish" in the kitchen or room.

On the 3rd day, as soon as the initial fermentation process has started, we hide the tub where it is dark and cool, for at least a month.

Fruit butterflies - for a summer mood!

This recipe is suitable for a child 7-9 years old, if he is already allowed to use a knife. However, you can cook "butterflies" even at 3-4 years old, if your mother helps to wash everything, cut out the wings and shave off the antennae.

Ingredients: minced chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, green pea, turmeric, small "stars" pasta, olive oil, salt, pepper, bay leaves, herbs.
Preparation: If you have minced chicken in your refrigerator, this is just a godsend. Well, if not, then cook it yourself, chopping the meat, adding a small onion, a clove of garlic and salt to taste.

Cut potatoes, carrots and onions into cubes, make meatballs from minced meat. Put the potatoes and carrots on the fire, wait until it boils and boil for a few minutes, add the onion, salt, pepper, bay leaf, pasta and turmeric. Cook for a few minutes. We adults know that vegetables are healthy. Children are not at all interested in this. But these carrot patties should get the kids' attention. There are many variations of this dish, but these two, salty and sweet, are the simplest and most delicious.

Sweet cutlets
Ingredients: 5-6 medium-sized carrots, half a glass of semolina, 2-3 tsp. sugar, one egg, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil.
