  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l;
  • water - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • seasonings of your choice - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • spices, salt and pepper - as needed.

Cooking:

  • Wash all foods thoroughly.
  • Rub the onion with carrots on a coarse grater, fry on sunflower oil in a frying pan.

  • Chop the potatoes, put it all together with the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix.

  • Prepare the sauce: add to half a glass of water tomato paste and spices.
