Cottage cheese pancakes for children - a dish known to everyone from childhood, which is a cottage cheese cakes. It is very simple to prepare them and even a child can help you. It is important to follow the cooking technology, to correctly combine all the ingredients. The cheesecakes should not turn out too mealy, the cottage cheese should be felt and at the same time not flow out from under the crispy crust. Therefore, flour is an indispensable ingredient for this dish, which, however, can be successfully replaced with semolina.

  • cottage cheese - 200 gr.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Place the curd in a container and mash it with a fork so that there are no large lumps left in it. In the event that the curd is heterogeneous, you can rub it through a sieve. It is advisable not to use too wet or too dry cottage cheese, since curd cakes from it can fall apart during the cooking process.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, adding a little sugar.

The resulting egg mixture pour into a container with curd mass.

Pour two to three tablespoons of flour there and mix thoroughly. If you add more flour, then the syrniki will turn out to be of a denser consistency. If you get by with a minimum of flour, then the cheesecakes will be softer.

Make small cakes from the curd mass and put them on a plate. It is recommended to mold as many syrniki as will fit in a frying pan at once. Dip all the cakes in flour one by one, give them the desired neat shape. Cheesecakes should not be very thin - pay attention to this. Next, pour a small amount into a preheated frying pan vegetable oil and start frying the cheese cakes - first on one side for 1-2 minutes, then the same amount on the other until golden brown.

Put the prepared cheesecakes on a plate, you can add jam or honey if you wish, but ideally it is recommended to serve the dish with sour cream. You can drink it with any compote or tea. Bon Appetit!

Excess flour will make the baked goods too tight. In pursuit of a stable golden brown crust, you should not overcook the workpieces - cheesecakes should not crunch. Otherwise, the dough will dry out and lose its juiciness and delicate creamy taste.

Do you know where I like to eat cheesecakes? In Moscow, in a chain cafe. The first ones were eaten a few years ago in the "Academy" cafe on Old Arbat, surrounded by Tatiana Arno, Tatiana Drubich and Ingeborga Dapkunaite. These were the only celebrities I recognized that morning. Then, on the rest of my visits, I ate them with pleasure at Shokoladnitsa, Caffeins and Coffeehouses ... Everywhere they are equally flat, plump and very tasty. It's just that everyone has a standard. Not a step to the side.
In order to get closer to them, today we will prepare cheesecakes according to the so-called "GOST", that is, according to the Collection of recipes for public catering establishments.
