First, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic, salt and red pepper.

Meat in combination with vegetables straight from the garden is not only tasty, but also healthy. The ribs take a long time to prepare, but be patient, it's worth it.

  • Pork ribs - 1 kg.
  • Potatoes - 6-7 pcs.
  • Zucchini - 0.5 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 head
  • Tomatoes - 100-200 gr.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 teeth.
  • Seasoning - to taste
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 3 tablespoons

Cut the ribs lengthwise into portioned pieces, if necessary, cut them lengthwise. We send the seasoning, I use red and black ground pepper, a mixture of basil, coriander and paprika, Bay leaf, a mixture of marjoram, caraway seeds, mustard seed.

Peel the onion, chop it in half rings, send it to the ribs. Then we pass 3 cloves of garlic through a press. We mix everything well, let us nourish with seasonings for 3 hours.

In the meantime, rinse and peel the zucchini skin, chop into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes. Peel the carrots, chop them into cubes.

Combine vegetables in a bowl, add flour and salt, mix well.

Put on a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, put them on top of the vegetables. We clean the pepper from seeds, chop it into pieces, send it after the tomatoes.

Lay the ribs on top of the vegetable pillow. Cover with foil so as not to splatter the entire oven with oil, put it in a preheated oven. After 1-1.5 hours, nutritious and very juicy yummy is ready. Bon Appetit!

In a previous post, I already wrote about the marinade in which I prepared steaks HERE. That same evening this marinade went into battle for the second time - I "soaked" pork ribs in it.

The ribs were in the marinade for almost a day and came to a good condition, that is, they should cook faster.

While the grill was heating up, I made a barbecue sauce:
- Heinz ketchup (200 grams)
- two tablespoons of honey (brown sugar can be used, but I decided to use honey)
- soy sauce on the eye a little
- squeezed juice of one lemon
- red pepper for spice
- garlic

All this was thoroughly mixed with a blender. We will generously coat the ribs with this sauce.

Warmed up the grill and start frying the meat. Turning over after a few minutes, we immediately begin to grease the ribs very abundantly with barbecue sauce. And so after each iteration of turning over, grease the meat with sauce again and again.

The sauce, of course, burns from the grill. But you should not be afraid of this, the meat will still be soft. Although, many people practice first to bring the meat to readiness and only at the very end grease with sauce, allowing the crust to caramelize.

When the degree of frying of the crust was already sufficient for me, I was convinced of the degree of readiness of the meat with a temperature probe. The temperature has not yet reached 60 degrees, and I need to get at least 75 for pork.

We shift the meat to the upper resting shelf, insert the probe into the thickest piece. We set the temperature to 75, close the lid and go about our business.

At the call of the readiness squeak from the thermometer, we take out ready-made ribs and call the family for dinner.

We need:

  • pork ribs - 1.5 kg
  • potatoes - 1.5 kg
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • Dill
  • olive oil - 30 gr.
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  1. Salt, pepper and sprinkle the pork ribs with meat spices. Leave the ribs to the side to marinate for a while. Better yet, marinate them in advance, a few hours in advance.

2. We will bake the potatoes with the peel. But you need to wash it thoroughly, I use a brush for this. We divide each potato into 4 parts.

3. We will prepare the marinade for potatoes. To do this, grind the garlic with a press, chop the dill finely, add olive oil and salt to taste, stir everything well. Coat each potato with the resulting marinade with a brush.

4. Use a sleeve for baking. To do this, we put the ribs in the sleeve, and the potatoes on top. We also send bay leaves there. We tie the sleeve. You need to bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about an hour.

In the sleeve, the meat secretes juice and the ribs turn out to be stewed, as it were. If you want to get a beautiful fried crust, you can bake in the sleeve for 40 - 50 minutes, and then turn on the "Grill" mode for 10 minutes, while cutting the sleeve with scissors.

One of the most successful recipes baked ribs. Thanks to honey and mustard, the ribs are sweetish and incredibly tasty. And what a beauty! Ribs in honey are fried to a beautiful crust. They are eaten in the blink of an eye and without a trace.

We need:

  • pork ribs - 1 kg
  • soy sauce - 4-5 tbsp l.
  • honey - 2 - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Dijon mustard - 1 - 2 tbsp. l.

  1. Cut the ribs into portioned pieces across.

2. Prepare the marinade. Cut the garlic into large rings, although you can chop it, it doesn't matter.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey and Dijon mustard. Pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir everything well until the honey dissolves. Add black pepper if desired. We will not salt the ribs, soy sauce is enough.

4. Place the ribs in a deep bowl or saucepan and fill with the resulting marinade. Leave to soak in this tasty liquid for about 1 hour.

5. After that, put the ribs in the baking sleeve. We tie the sleeve, and distribute the ribs evenly along its entire length.

6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. We bake the ribs for 40 minutes in the sleeve. Then we cut the sleeve and bend the edges a little.

7. Pour the ribs with the liquid that formed during baking and bake for another 15 minutes until an appetizing crust appears.

The piquancy of this dish is given by the marinade from canned own juice tomatoes and sour cream. Everything is prepared very simply, but it takes a little longer than in other recipes. But the meat will turn out to be the softest and will easily lag behind the bone.

We need:

  • pork ribs - 1 kg
  • canned tomatoes in its own juice - 400-500 gr.
  • sour cream - 200 gr.
  • salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • pepper - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • onions - 1 head

For the marinade, put canned tomatoes from the jar and pour out the juice. Chop the tomatoes with a fork. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to this. Stir the resulting gruel well.

You also need to add onions to this marinade. And rub it on a fine grater and also add to the tomato mass.

The turn came to the ribs. To make them soft, you need to remove the film. Just pry it off with a knife and pull - the film will easily come off the surface.

Now cut into portions of the bones and place the ribs on a sheet of foil. By the way, food should be placed in foil so that the shiny side is inside. I wrote more about how to use foil in one of my articles. Lubricate them with marinade on both sides. Lubricate with a fairly thick layer.

We close the foil on all sides, and leave the meat to marinate for an hour. Then we bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 2 hours. It will turn out to be such a beauty, but that's not all.

We increase the temperature to 200 degrees, open the top layer of the foil, pour over the juice obtained during baking. Although in 2 hours it may not remain. We bake for another 20 minutes and get beauty.

4. Take the ribs out of the marinade and place them tightly on onion pillow... Water them a little olive oil and cover it all with the marinade in which they were marinated. We put the bay leaf there. Cover the form with foil or a lid.

5. We will bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After 20 minutes, i.e. in the middle of baking, you will need to remove the foil, and pour the marinade over the ribs again and leave for another 20 minutes until browning.

6. After taking it out of the oven, you will see such beauty.

One of the most successful recipes, from which everyone is delighted. I have noticed that the most delicious ribs are obtained by marinating them with honey or a sweetish barbecue sauce. With this marinade, ribs can be baked in the oven, or on the grill or barbecue. I recommend trying this recipe, you won't regret it.

We need:

  • pork ribs - 1 kg
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.
  • soy sauce - 4 tablespoons l.

4. Pour some of the sauce onto the bottom of the mold and place the ribs. We coat them on top delicious sauce.

5. Cover the mold with foil and put in a cool place for 1 hour to marinate.

6. Bake at 140 degrees for 2 hours.

7. Then we take out the baking sheet from the oven, remove the foil, and grease the ribs with BBQ sauce.

8. We put another 15 minutes in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. During this time, the ribs will acquire a beautiful appetizing crust, at the sight of which drool will flow.

Will I take them again? Definitely yes! Even despite the terrible calorie content (then I'll torture myself with boiled chicken breasts and stewed zucchini, but for now I will enjoy the juicy meat).
