  2. A long loaf or bread, as for any cutlets, it is better to use yesterday's. Cut off the crust (without it, the cutlets will turn out to be more tender), break the bread slice into several pieces, transfer to a bowl and pour over with milk. Stir and let stand for 8-10 minutes, the bread will absorb all the milk during this time, you do not need to squeeze it.
  3. Peel the onion from the husk, wash and scroll in a meat grinder.
