Ingredients

Preparation

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes, put in a saucepan and cover with water. Put the saucepan on the stove, cook the potatoes until the fruits begin to boil.

After cooking, drain almost all the water, add oil and spices to the potatoes, and then mash. You should have mashed potatoes. Break a raw egg into it, then it will be more convenient to sculpt nests. Then add flour and stir until smooth.

How to cook:

Start cooking with preparation bell peppers... Wash and dry them first. Then put the foil on a baking sheet, put the peppers on top. Bake the peppers in the oven for about half an hour, until the skin is browned and tender. Turn the fruit over so that it bakes evenly.


When the peppers are done, transfer them to a bag and leave to cool. This will help skin the fruit. Take the cooled fruit by the tail, peel off the skin as if from a banana. Now carefully separate the pulp from the ponytail. The grains should remain with a tail. Cut the flesh of the peppers into strips and place on separate bowls.

Heat the milk a little, crumble the bread into it. After 15-20 minutes, the bread will swell and become soft. Squeeze it out of the milk and mix with the minced meat in a cup. Add spices, salt and mustard eggs to a cup. Divide the meat mixture into 4 parts.

Grease the mold with oil, and then place one part of the minced meat on the bottom of the mold. After the meat layer, put a layer of pepper (about 1/2 part) and cover again with the minced meat. Repeat the layer of pepper, but in a different color and put the minced meat on top again. Place the rest of the pepper on top, and finish with the meat layer.

Chop the dill finely, divide the herbs into 2 parts: the first will be added to the dough, and the second to the filling. Sprinkle some of the herbs in the pan, continue to fry for a couple more minutes. Then you can remove the frying pan from the heat, let the filling cool down.

Start kneading the pie dough. To do this, break a couple of eggs in a bowl, add kefir to them. Stir the mixture with a mixer until smooth.

Pour the sifted flour and baking powder into a bowl, continue to mix the dough with a mixer. Add oil and dill at the end, stir again. Your dough should resemble thick sour cream.

Fill a greased pan with about ½ part of the dough. As you fill out, tap on the sides of the form so that there are no voids. You can lay out the filling. Transfer the contents of the cooled frying pan to the dough, gently smooth with a spatula. Sprinkle the filling not only in the center, but also around the edges.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the cheese shavings over the filling, and then pour over the remaining dough. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.

How to cook:

Peel the garlic and onion. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers. Cut the vegetables into cubes, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add spices after a while. Put the minced meat in a saucepan, crush the lumps with a spoon. Continue frying for another 10 minutes, the meat should be almost done.

Pre-put the tomatoes in a bowl, mash the fruits with a fork. It is advisable to remove the skin too, otherwise it will be felt in the soup. Transfer the tomato pulp to a saucepan with the juice and bring the contents to a boil. After boiling, reduce heat, cover the saucepan and cook for 10-15 minutes.

When the soup is almost ready, put the beans and corn in it, stir and turn off the heat after 8-10 minutes. Let it brew a little under the lid. Serve the dish with sour cream or mayonnaise.

If the soup is too thick, you can dilute it a little: add a glass of boiled water and bring to a boil.

Minced beef steak


Juicy steak from homemade minced meat will be an excellent option for family dinner... I propose to make mushroom sauce for them, it turns out just delicious. For a side dish, boil potatoes or make mashed potatoes.

Compound:

  • 600-650 g minced meat;

  • a glass of croutons for breading;
  • spices, salt.

For the sauce:

  • small onion - 1 pc.;
  • 300-350 g of fresh champignons;
  • 2 tbsp olive oil;
  • 50 g flour;
  • 300 ml of water;
  • broth cube with mushroom flavor;
  • tbsp soy sauce;
  • 3-4 tablespoons sour cream;
  • pepper and salt.

How to cook:

Peel the onion, chop finely, mix with the minced meat in a bowl. Then add croutons to a bowl, season the mass with spices and salt a little. Add water to a bowl, stir again. Leave the cup aside for 10-15 minutes and let the contents infuse.

Turn the oven to 190 degrees. Lay a sheet of foil on a baking sheet, brush a little with oil. Stick small cakes from the meat mass, put them on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other. Place the steak pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

  • onion - 3 heads;
  • egg;
  • spices with salt.

How to cook:

Transfer the minced meat immediately to a deep bowl. Chop the onions finely with a knife, add them to the cup. Season the contents with pepper and salt.

Remove thin layers of dough from the freezer to thaw. Make neat squares with sides of 8-10 cm out of them. Put the filling on the dough, flatten it, but do not put it on the edges, otherwise it will be inconvenient to pinch. Pinch the edges of the pie, you can take a fork for convenience.


Place oiled parchment on a baking sheet. Put the pies on the parchment, brush with raw yolk. Place the baking sheet with the appetizer in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pies are browned.
