Ingredients:

  • thin yeast dough (buy at the store in advance),
  • ham,
  • Bell pepper,
  • green olives with pits,
  • fresh tomatoes,
  • soft mozzarella cheese
  • hard cheese (such as parmesan).

For the sauce you need:

  • a can of canned peeled tomatoes (in their own juice),
  • olive oil,
  • salt,
  • white ground pepper,
  • a mixture of Italian herbs (you can make it yourself by mixing thyme, basil, oregano, thyme and dried garlic).

First prepare the pizza sauce. By the way, this sauce can be safely stored in the refrigerator for a month. So, having cooked several servings in advance, you can stock up on tomato sauce for several pizzas in advance.

Tomato pizza sauce

So, put canned tomatoes in a saucepan and mash them with a fork, add salt to taste, ground white pepper, herbs, olive oil.

Stir the contents of the saucepan, gradually evaporating the liquid until the consistency of the sauce is sufficient (not very liquid, like water; even lumps of tomatoes are acceptable).

Unroll the dough and place it on a baking sheet previously greased with vegetable oil (or lined with baking parchment).

Cut all the components of the filling: tomatoes and sweet peppers into thin slices, ham into plates, remove the pits from the olives. Cut the mozzarella or tear it into slices with your hands, grate the parmesan on a fine grater.

Spread a layer of chilled sauce on the dough (you can make small sides by stretching the layer a little to the sides).

Start spreading the filling on top. Spread the mozzarella (it is not necessary to cover the sauce with a thick layer of cheese), it will spread over the entire surface when heated. Yes Yes! The Italians put soft cheese on the bottom so that the next layers of the filling “sink” in it when melted.

Add, laying out picturesquely on a quick pizza, mixed thin slices of ham, paprika. Place tomatoes and olives between them.

The topmost layer of fast pizza is hard cheese. Sprinkle a little grated Parmesan on top for that specific "Italian" flavor.

Put the pizza for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 C. It is advisable to place the baking sheet in the center of the oven so that the heat evenly heats the dough from below and it is fried at the same time as the cheese is melted.

The recipe for this quick Italian pizza will significantly reduce your preparation time for party treats.

Spices, seasonings, as well as salt and pepper can be added as desired. We did not add, as pickles and mayonnaise with ketchup are enough. The cost of such a pizza can also be different, since it all depends on the ingredients that you use, if you cook according to our version, then such a pizza will cost a lot, 364 rubles, but it cost us only 78 rubles, as it was prepared from the remaining products.

TOTAL DISH BUDGET: 364 rubles or 78 rubles for dough

Place of purchase:
Hypermarket "Nash"

Cooking time:
10 minutes for cutting food and 20 for cooking
This is without taking into account the time required to raise the test. It takes about 30-60 minutes for the dough to rise. We speed up this process by putting the dough on a towel on the battery, after 30 minutes it is already ready, if it was not very frozen.

Servings:
7-8 servings

Ingredients:
- dough for yeast pies (ready-made, purchased) - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 5 pcs small
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
- raw smoked sausage - 200 gr
- cheese - 110 gr (half a pack of Brest-Litovsky)
- mayonnaise - 20 gr
-ketchup - 20 gr

Cooking:

1. The very first thing to do is to put our dough in a warm place so that it fits. As soon as it has risen (you will notice this by the swollen bag), you can start cooking our pizza. Therefore, we advise you to lay out the dough when you come from the store and leave it for 30-60 minutes. To speed up the process, we already wrote above, you can put it on a battery, on a towel
2. The risen dough must be rolled out to a width of 1 cm according to the size of your baking dish. Since it is yeast, it is not easy to roll it out, it is constantly pulled back, a little more effort and everything will turn out
3. Pour a little oil on a baking sheet and put your rolled out dough on it, spread it properly over the entire baking sheet.
4. Now we give the dough a rest, and at this time we are engaged in cutting our filling. Cut as it is convenient for you to eat, in circles, squares, there is no difference. We usually cut all the ingredients into slices of small thickness. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
5. The next step is to prepare the base of the sauce, which will give the original taste to our pizza. In a separate container, mix mayonnaise and ketchup and grease our rolled out dough (you can not mix it in a separate container, but squeeze it directly onto the pizza and distribute it, it moves in the process itself. Less dishes to wash!)
6.Now we put our chopped ingredients on the prepared dough, distribute them evenly
7. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Bon Appetit!!!

Ready, which is left over from cooking, for example, pies, it is quite possible to use it for making pizza. Also, previously made dough, in pieces, can be frozen in the freezer and after defrosting the right amount, it can be used to prepare the base of homemade pizza. This time I have leftover dough from mushroom pies, so I decided to quickly make a homemade pizza with sausage, tomatoes and marble cheese, which my son loves very much. Along the way, step by step I took a photo of the cooking process. Now I am sharing this simple recipe of my favorite dish.

So we need:

- ready-made yeast dough - 100-150 grams;
- marble cheese - 100 grams;
- sauce (based on ketchup and mayonnaise) - 30 grams;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- sausage or smoked meat - 100-150 grams;
- premium wheat flour - for dusting the working surface;
- vegetable oil (odorless) - for lubricating the form.

How to make pizza from ready-made yeast dough

First you need to prepare a piece of yeast dough about 100-150 grams, depending on the desired size of the future pizza.

Roll out a piece of dough on a floured surface. The layer of dough should be thin and the size of the baking sheet on which the pizza will be baked. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. I ran out of baking paper, so I sent it with a baking sleeve. Lubricate the paper with vegetable oil. Lay out the rolled out dough, flattening the baking sheet.

Prepare pink sauce from ketchup and mayonnaise. To do this, mix 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1-2 teaspoons of ketchup in a deep container of a small size. Blend until smooth to form a pink sauce. Brush the surface of the dough with the sauce.

Wash the tomato, remove the tail. Cut into four pieces, and then into pieces about 5 millimeters thick. Cut sausage or smoked meat into pieces of arbitrary shape. How I cut - you can see in the photo.

Sprinkle the pizza base with tomato and sausage.

Grate marble cheese on a grater with medium holes.

Sprinkle on top of the sausage with tomatoes and send to the oven, preheated to 175 degrees. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven and the size of the pizza.

Take out the finished pizza with marble cheese and let cool.

Marble cheese adds to the finished pizza not only bright colors, but also an extraordinary taste.

This is my son's favorite dish, try to make such a thin pizza from ready-made yeast dough and you. It's easy, you can do it.

Love pizza but don't like messing around with dough? Then you are here. The recipe for making pizza from ready-made puff pastry is very simple and will come in handy not only for young housewives. In today's time-consuming world, frozen puff pastry is one way to make kitchen life easier.

Ingredients:

  • frozen puff pastry 1 pack (500 gr)
  • ketchup 3-4 tbsp
  • cheese 300-350 gr
  • sausage 12-15 pieces
  • olives 7-10 pieces
  • olive oil 1 tbsp

For this pizza you can use any puff pastry: both yeast and without yeast .

Step by step photo recipe:

Remove the dough from the packaging and leave to defrost. Despite the fact that the manufacturer recommends defrosting for 15-20 minutes, it is better if the pizza dough lies down. 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature. Then it will roll out easily.

While the dough is defrosting prepare the pizza topping: chop the sausage, tomatoes, olives, grate the cheese. I used boiled smoked sausage and Suluguni cheese, but you can add everything that you have at hand to the pizza: crumble any sausage, sausages, yesterday's cutlets on the surface, in general, improvise. You can just ketchup with cheese and Italian herbs - it will be delicious.
Roll out the dough

rolled out dough put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If you do not have such paper, then put it directly on a baking sheet, greased with oil, but the paper makes it very easy to wash the baking sheet, it stays clean with it.

Prick the dough all over with a fork to keep it from puffing up while baking.

Grease the dough ketchup.

I used salsa with bell pepper pieces.

Spread over the surface pieces of sausage,olives And tomatoes. A pinch of dry Italian herbs is good.

It is better to use soft cheese for pizza like Suluguni or Mozzarella, because they melt easily and are very tender. But semi-hard cheeses, such as Russian or Gouda, are also suitable.

Sprinkle cheese on pizza over the entire surface.

A few drops olive oil top and bake in preheated oven t 180°С 20-25 minutes.

Well, here she is puff pastry pizza.

Cut into pieces, eat immediately before the hot melted cheese has set.

  • sausage 12-15 pieces
  • olives 7-10 pieces
  • 4-5 tomatoes (I have Cherry)
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Remove the dough from the packaging and leave to defrost for 1-1.5 hours.
    Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle 27 X 37 cm. Usually there are two layers of dough in the package - roll out two at once, laying one on top of the other.
    Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and prick all over with a fork to keep it from puffing up. Lubricate with ketchup and lay out the filling: sausage, olives, tomatoes.
    Sprinkle the pizza with cheese grated on a coarse grater, pour over with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven t 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
