  • 125 gr. Sahara;
  • 15 gr. vanilla sugar;

  • 180 ml of milk;

Advice! If the cake is baked with a frozen berry, then it must be allowed to thaw and the liquid that has evolved is drained. You do not need to pour out the juice, it can be thickened with starch and served as a sauce for the pie.

  • 2 cups of flour;
  • 125 gr. baking margarine or butter;

  • 450 gr. cottage cheese;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of vanillin.

Mix semolina with kefir and leave to swell for at least half an hour. We break the eggs, separate the whites and put them in the refrigerator. Put the yolks in a bowl for mixing, add sugar there and put cottage cheese. Add a pinch of vanillin. We grind everything or mix with a mixer. Then add semolina with kefir.

Beat the whites separately so that they beat better, add to the salt at the tip of a knife. When the mass becomes snow-white and the peaks keep their shape, gently mix it with the curd-semolina mass.

Pour in the strained lemon juice little by little. Add flour and baking powder. The result is a soft dough that barely holds its shape. Don't try to add more flour, the base of the cake will be tough. We remove the dough in the cold by wrapping it in foil.

Put the berries on a sieve so that they defrost, and the juice drips from them. Combine cottage cheese with starch and vanilla, add sour cream and sugar.

We take out the dough, which had time to cool well, after the refrigerator it became thicker and harder. It should be distributed according to the shape (diameter of the shape is 22-24 cm) so that the sides are obtained. Distribute better hands, as the dough rolls out badly.
