  • milk with a higher fat content - 0.5 l;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • butter - 50 g;

  • raisins - 50-100 g (depending on taste);

  • baking powder - 10 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 pack;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;

For cream (glaze):

  • egg white - 2 pcs.;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • lemon juice;

The cake will take 50 minutes to cook.

And now the cooking process itself:

  1. First you need to knead the dough. Pour yeast, sugar, salt and 4 tbsp into a bowl of warm milk. l. flour. Mix everything well, cover and put away in a warm place for half an hour so that the dough "rises";
  2. After half an hour, beaten eggs, melted butter, baking powder and vanillin are added to the dough. Stir and put back for another 1 hour;
  3. An hour later they take out the dough, which has already “risen”. Pour the remaining flour, raisins into it and knead the dough well until it becomes a little elastic;
  4. Further, the prepared baking dishes are greased with oil and the dough is placed in them, filling them with about half of the volume. The molds with the dough are not immediately removed into the oven, but covered and left for another 30 minutes, so that the dough "rises" completely and fills the entire volume;
  5. After the allotted time, you can safely send the cakes to the oven, to achieve the final look. To do this, the oven is heated to 180 °, the molds are put there and half an hour is counted;
  6. After half an hour, check the readiness with a toothpick: if the dough is raw, it will stick to the toothpick. In this case, leave the cakes to bake for another 15 minutes;
  7. Ready cakes are taken out of the molds and left to cool;
  8. While the cakes are cooling, they prepare the cream. To do this: beat the egg whites with sugar and lemon juice until a thick foam forms;
  9. The top of the cakes is greased with prepared cream and sprinkled with confectionery powder.

  1. Before starting cooking, the liver must be placed in cold water for several hours so that all the blood comes out of it;

  3. As soon as the whole liver is crushed, salt, eggs, milk and flour are added to it, mix everything well to achieve the consistency of a pancake dough;
