  • When soaking cookies in milk before placing them in layers, do not overexpose them, letting the cookies get soaked! Otherwise, you will not be able to lay it beautifully on the dish. The optimal time for keeping cookies in milk can be considered no more than 20 seconds. It is best to use a thin spatula to place the soaked biscuits on the dish.
  • When decorating a cake made from cookies, it is better to cover the dish with a piece of thin oiled parchment paper so that later it will be easier to cut the cake into portioned pieces.
  • It is better to set the dish on which the cookies, previously soaked in milk, are placed, slightly inclined to remove excess milk.
  • Do not neglect the advice to let the finished cake brew in the refrigerator. This is necessary so that the biscuits are well saturated with the cream and the taste of the product becomes richer.

"Anthill" of cookies with condensed milk and butter - a classic recipe in 10 minutes

This is my favorite treat from childhood, which my mother and grandmother often delighted me with. In the classic version, you need to bake the base yourself, but here we will use a simplified version. Any cookie is suitable for cooking - the main thing is that it is fresh and breaks well. And the whole process will take you no more than 10 minutes.

Required products:

  • 500 g cookies;
  • 200 g of walnuts;
  • 350 g of boiled condensed milk;
  • 50 g butter.

How to cook:

1. Grind the cookies into small crumbs. To speed up the process, you can use a crush or rolling pin. Place the product in a plastic bag and roll it well with a rolling pin several times.

2. Crush the nuts into pieces, combine with chopped cookies.

Do not grind nuts and cookies into small crumbs, they should be of different sizes, but small.

3. Mix oil at room temperature with condensed milk and beat with an immersion blender or mixer. You cannot do without household appliances here, since the cream should be a homogeneous, smooth mass.

4. Pour the resulting cream into the mixture with cookies and nuts. Stir well, then place on a plate in a slide. Top can be decorated with chocolate or nuts. Refrigerate for several hours.

I think a little jam or jam in the recipe will not hurt 🙂

You will need:

  • 250 g of condensed milk;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 10 large gingerbread.

Sequencing:

1. Cover a deep plate with cling film or plastic so that it protrudes over the edges. Cut the gingerbread cookies in half lengthwise.

2. Whisk sour cream with condensed milk with a blender or mixer. Put the gingerbread halves on a lined plate, cut up in one layer.

3. Lubricate the top with the resulting cream. Put the second layer of gingerbread and pour over the sour cream mixture again.

4. Alternate layers until you run out of food.

The last layer must be smeared with cream, otherwise the delicacy on top will turn out to be dry.

Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to set. As time passes, transfer it to a flat plate. This is done very simply - cover the container with the cake with a plate and turn the structure upside down. After that, it remains only to remove the form, remove the film. Pour aromatic tea and enjoy the delicious 😉

Cake "Napoleon" without baking from cookies ears with boiled condensed milk

I really love to make this dessert according to the classic recipe: with thin cakes and tender custard... True, it takes almost a whole day to prepare such a miracle. I can afford this luxury on big holidays. If you want to make a quick Napoleon for family tea, I recommend this option. Condensed milk, sour cream and puff pastry"Ears" - and an amazing delicacy is ready!

List of ingredients:

  • 700 g "ears";
  • 3 tbsp boiled condensed milk;
  • 700 g sour cream;
  • 0.5 cups of sugar;
  • 2 g vanilla sugar.

Step by step recipe with photo:

1. With a mixer, beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Add a little condensed milk and beat well again until persistent peaks appear.

2. Cover the removable form with parchment. Lay out the "ears" on the bottom in one layer - so that there is as little empty space as possible.

3. Lubricate the cookies with cream, lay out a second layer and cover again with cream.

To get a real "Napoleon", you need to lay out at least 4 smeared layers of "ears". Sour cream should be on top.

Leave the mold in the refrigerator for a few hours (ideally overnight) to soak the layers well. And the next day, take out a dessert and delight your loved ones with a wonderful treat with tea.

Sweet meringue dessert without baking with condensed milk and butter cream

The original version of the classic "Anthill" from my mother-in-law. Instead of cookies, you need to take meringues, ready-made or baked with your own hands. I made it from regular store-bought white cakes. If you find a colored meringue with nuts or some kind of filling, it tastes even better.

  • 400 g of boiled condensed milk;
  • 110 g butter;
  • 60 g of any nuts;

2. Whisk the condensed milk with butter so that you get a homogeneous cream of a beautiful golden hue.

3. Grease the meringue with cream on all sides and place in any suitable container in one dense layer without empty spaces. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.

4. Form the second meringue layer by analogy with the first. Cover each cake with cream and lay tightly on the surface.

5. Repeat the procedure until you run out of food, and the top can be made in the form of a slide.

For a more flavorful treat, try alternating nut crumbs with coconut flakes. Or just take different types nuts for each layer (walnuts, peanuts, cashews, etc.).

A little secret: To make the cake soak faster, you can dip each cookie in milk or strong brewed tea.

4. Alternate layers of cookies and fruit until you run out of food. Coat the top and sides with the rest of the cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Recipe 11. Cake Dream of cookies and cottage cheese

To make a cake of cookies and cottage cheese "Dream", we need the following ingredients:

  • cookies - 400 gr.;
  • cottage cheese - 400 gr.;
  • icing sugar - 200 gr.;
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • milk - 1 glass;
  • chocolate - 200 gr.

First, let's prepare the cake cream. To do this, divide the cottage cheese into two equal parts, add powdered sugar to each of them to taste, add cocoa to one of the parts and mix well in a blender until a creamy mass is obtained.
You can take any cookie, but flat shape is better. We had two types of “Yubileinoye” cookies - regular and chocolate. On a double layer of foil, lay out chocolate cookies, previously dipped in milk, six pieces in length and three pieces in width. There should be about 0.5 cm between the cookies.

Per layer chocolate chip cookies carefully place white cream from sweet cottage cheese and evenly distribute over the entire surface.

Now we spread on top chocolate cream and evenly distribute over the surface.

Then you need to carefully lift the foil by the ends and mold the cookies with a triangle.

It turns out as if a house. It is no coincidence that we laid out three cookies in width, one (middle) - the base of the "house", and the outer ones - the "walls".

Now it remains to pour our cake with chocolate icing on top. To do this, in a water bath, you need to melt two chocolate bars with the addition of a small amount of milk, so that the icing is thinner. You can use dark chocolate, but we used milk chocolate, since we all have a sweet tooth.

We send the cake from the cookies to the refrigerator for several hours so that the icing and curd cream grabbed.

When the cake has cooled down, you need to cut it into pieces. It turns out very nice triangles. And the taste is just fantastic, Dream in one word !!!
Enjoy your tea !!!
