Combine dried berries with cream, add pieces of biscuit, mix well.

Divide the prepared mass into two parts and fill the prepared biscuit blanks with it. Having leveled, we glue both cakes so that the filling is inside.

In a small saucepan, at the lowest possible heat, melt the remaining butter. Add cocoa and sugar, stirring continuously, slowly simmer the glaze until lightly thickened, about 2 minutes.

Pour the hot icing onto the cake, gently level it with a wide knife over the entire surface and let it set at room temperature. Place the cake in the refrigerator for up to twelve hours.

Poor-quality butter can spoil the simplest cake cream with condensed milk cakes. The product should be not only with the highest percentage of fat, but also without herbal additives. The use of low-quality oil can lead to delamination of the cream mass, and such a deficiency is almost impossible to correct.
