Mannik is a delicious and simple pie that is loved by many. And why not make a cake with summer berries and sour cream from an ordinary manna?!

Let's cook necessary products- and for the cause! Thanks for the recipe LNataly.

At the first stage of preparing the cake, beat the eggs well with sugar.

Add sour cream, mix.

put soda and semolina, mix with a mixer.

Pour in the melted butter and add the flour, mix until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 18-22 cm with a little oil and sprinkle with flour, remove excess flour. Pour the dough into a mold and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 30 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick. Remove mannik from oven, cool.

Let's take a berry. If you take a frozen berry, then opt for a berry that does not lose shape after defrosting. Berries must first be defrosted. Wash and dry fresh berries. I took fresh currants, strawberries and raspberries. I do not advise using raspberries - even with gentle mixing, they crease.

Cut off the top of the cooled manna, while separating the crust, and remove the pulp with a teaspoon. Break the crumb into small pieces.

For sour cream: mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.

Pour pieces of manna and berries into the cream (leave a little berry for decoration), mix gently.

Put the mass tightly back into the mannik.

Garnish with berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Classic mannik on kefir

Products:

  • semolina - 1 tbsp.;
  • low-fat kefir - 1 tbsp.;
  • chicken eggs- 2-3 pieces;
  • sugar (it is better to take brown) - 150 g;
  • baking powder for dough - 1/2 tsp;
  • butter (it needs to be softened) - 100 g;

  • vanilla (a little, on the tip of a knife);
  • powdered sugar.

Whisk sugar and eggs in a bowl. In the course of whipping, pour kefir into the same place, beat and mix, then add semolina, baking powder and vanillin. At this time, we melt in the microwave butter, which is then added to the mixture last (by the way,). Mix everything well in a container and leave for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Now in a baking dish (take silicone mold) pour our mixture for manna and put in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.

After the set time, we take the mannik out of the oven, set it to cool on a cutting board or dish, then decorate the mannik with powdered sugar or something else and put it in the cold to wait for the guests.

Products:

  • semolina - 1 tbsp.;
  • low-fat kefir - 1 tbsp.;
  • wheat flour - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • strawberries - 500 g;
  • sugar (better let it be small) - 1 tbsp.;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;

  • powdered sugar.

Beat eggs with sugar in a bowl, add kefir, beat further. Sift flour with baking powder, vanilla and salt and add to the bowl with eggs with kefir. We continue to beat, then add the semolina and at the very end - the butter, which was softened or melted before. Now you can leave the mixture for half an hour, and at this time prepare the oven.

Mannik should be baked at 180 ° C, heat the oven to this temperature. Pour the dough into the mold and cook for 35-40 minutes. We cool the finished mannik.

When the manna has cooled, cut it in half lengthwise. Grind the strawberries with powdered sugar in a blender and soak the halves of the semolina cake with this mixture. We connect these halves, pour the finished mannik with hot milk chocolate and decorate with strawberries.

Cream mannik on kefir

Products:

  • semolina - 1 tbsp.;
  • low-fat kefir - 1 tbsp.;
  • wheat flour - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
  • butter (soften) - 100 g;
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp;
  • salt to taste.

For cream:

  • sour cream (preferably thick) - 200 g;
  • lemon zest - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • powdered sugar.

First, we prepare exactly the same mannik on kefir, as described in the previous recipe. Let it cool down and make the cream - beat the sour cream, powdered sugar and lemon zest with a whisk. We cut the mannik into cakes, when it cools down a bit, and grease them with cream.

Take a large cup, into which we break the eggs and pour the sugar. Stir with a whisk, not necessarily until smooth.

Now we add kefir warmed to room temperature, which we took out of the refrigerator in advance. If you do not have time to wait until the kefir becomes warm, then you can warm it up in the microwave.

Mix kefir with egg-sugar mass.

Now add semolina. This should be done, as in the preparation of semolina porridge, that is, slowly, stirring constantly. This is necessary in order to avoid the formation of lumps.

Leave the bowl at room temperature for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells properly. Now add flour. It is advisable to sift it through a special sieve. Add soda along with flour. It is not necessary to extinguish it with anything, as it will react with kefir.

Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. The mass should turn out to be the consistency of store sour cream. The amount of flour is approximate, as the flour is different. If the dough is too runny, feel free to add more flour.

Now add berries and mix again.

I had frozen raspberries. In fact, you can take almost any berries and fruits, as for. The only exception is berries with seeds, they should not be taken. And if you really want to, then you must first remove the bones.

If you use fruits, then you need to chop them finely. Oranges, peaches, apricots are perfect. But apples and pears are not worth taking. You can also use dried fruits. For example, dried apricots or raisins, after soaking them in boiling water. Can also be used canned berries and fruits.

In the next step, we take a heat-resistant round shape. Coat well with butter. Pour out the dough.

We put the mannik in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. We cook mannik for about 35-45 minutes. The degree of readiness can be checked with a match or a wooden skewer.

We take out the finished masterpiece from the oven and let it cool.

Then take it out of the mold and put it on a plate.

The finished dish can be decorated as desired. Alternatively, powdered sugar fresh berries, chocolate glaze with nuts or coconut flakes, adding which you can cook an Arabic sweet called. Also, the finished mannik can be carefully cut into two cakes, soak them with any cream and you get a wonderful cake. Bon Appetit.
