  7. In a small bowl, combine the second clove of garlic with lemon juice.

  9. These ingredients should make a dressing. So know the approximate consistency. If the dressing is too thick, dilute it with some more water.
  10. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Disassemble them.

List of ingredients:

  • 260 grams of Chinese cabbage;
  • 4 medium carrots;
  • 2 celery stalks;
  • 150 grams of golden bean sprouts;
  • 2 small cucumbers;
  • 20 ml sunflower oil;
  • 1 shallot;
  • 1 head of onion;
  • 30 grams of salted peanuts;
  • 1 lime;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 3 cm ginger root;
  • 10 grams of spices;
  • 40 grams of peanut butter;
  • 5 grams of sugar.

Lean Chinese cabbage salad recipe:

  1. Rinse Chinese cabbage leaves and pat dry with paper towels. Cut in small pieces.
  2. Wash the carrots, remove the skin and grate coarsely.
  3. Wash the celery and remove dirty fibers, cut into strips.
  4. Wash the cucumber and check for bitterness. If there is, cut off the peel and use only the pulp. Cut into straws.
  5. Steam celery and carrots for 10 minutes. Cool down.

  10. Rinse and chop the shallot, fry in oil until it changes color. Then blot with a paper towel from unnecessary fat. Add on top of boiled vegetables.
  11. One spoon of sauce per salad, the rest - in the saucepan.
  12. Sprinkle peanuts on top of salad as a garnish.
