So beloved by both adults and children, Nutella is, in fact, just a registered trademark of chocolate-nut spread, which contains nuts, cocoa, sugar, milk and vegetable or milk fats.

It can be used as a filling for waffles and pancakes, spread over toast and cookies, and even as a cream for cakes. Making homemade Nutella does not require special efforts, and the result will please not only natural taste, but also more useful composition than a purchased product.

Walnut Chocolate Nut Butter

The fastest and most affordable option for chocolate nut spread is walnut spread. 10 minutes of effort plus a night in the fridge - and your little one will be delighted with a delicious breakfast.

  • 175 ml odorless vegetable oil;
  • 100 g of walnuts;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 80 g sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • Vanillin to taste.

Heat the milk, mix it with the vanilla and sugar in a blender bowl and stir. Turn on the blender to maximum power, gradually pour in the oil, watching how the future paste thickens.

Add cocoa and chopped nuts and blend for a few minutes. It remains only to transfer the pasta to a jar and refrigerate overnight.

Hazelnut Chocolate Nut Butter

If you prepare chocolate nut spread according to a recipe that is as close as possible to the original taste of Nutella, then you need to take hazelnuts as a basis. It turns out very tasty and healthy.

  • 200 g butter;
  • 180 ml of milk;
  • 120 g sugar;
  • 50 g hazelnuts;
  • 4 tbsp. l. ;
  • 3 tbsp. l. powdered milk;
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • Salt to taste.

At home, chocolate nut spread can be very varied to taste: increase the proportion of sugar and it will be sweeter, add nuts and its aroma will increase. You can play around with the amount of salt a little if your loved ones love salty flavors.

Mix the bulk ingredients and, stirring constantly, pour over the milk. To prevent lumps from forming, you can stir them in a blender. Heat this milk mixture on a small flame and bring it to a boil.

Fry the hazelnuts, chop and add to the boiling milk mixture along with butter. Continue simmering for another 5 minutes until thickening begins.

Place the ready-made, but still liquid paste in a jar and let it cool, at the end moving it to the refrigerator.

Chocolate nut spread from a mixture of nuts

When making a homemade nut (or chocolate) spread using a recipe like Nutella, you can always achieve very unusual flavor combinations just by playing with the ingredients a little. For example, take not walnuts or hazelnuts, but a mixture of them, or add peanuts. You should definitely try it.

  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 gr. with. mixture of nuts;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 50 g;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • 2 tsp flour.

To make chocolate-nut paste with your own hands, the nuts must first be fried and chopped.

Melt the butter in a small container over low heat and add chopped chocolate to it. Stir until all the chocolate is melted.

Add condensed milk to the chocolate-butter mixture and stir until smooth. Return the container to the stove.

Place the flour and cocoa in it and, stirring constantly, let the mixture boil. Remove from heat, add prepared nuts, stir and let cool.

After cooling down, place in a convenient container and refrigerate.

How to make peanut chocolate peanut butter (with video)

Well, since we've already talked about experimenting with ingredients, it would be unfair not to tell you how to make chocolate peanut butter spread. It is rich in vegetable protein and vitamins, good for health and very tasty, it is not for nothing that it is so loved in America.

  • 450 g shelled raw peanuts;
  • 4 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • 0.5 tsp salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey or sweetener.

So, wash the peanuts, dry and lay on a sheet in one layer. Fry at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes and then let it cool slightly to prevent heat damage to the blender.

Place the cooked peanuts in a blender bowl and blend at maximum speed for 1 minute. Until the nucleoli are crushed, you need to scrape them a little from the sides of the bowl with a spoon to the bottom. And so several times, 1 minute each.

When the kernels are evenly mixed, add the rest of the ingredients and repeat the 1 minute blender cycles. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water until you get a consistency that suits you.
