To prepare a salad, we need:

  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Pickled champignons - 400 gr.
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Carrots (large) -1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise - 300 gr.
  • Dill (parsley) - 50 gr.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tsp


Cooking process:

1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water over medium heat for 30 minutes.

I also let the breast cool down in the broth in which it was cooked, then it turns out to be very juicy!

2. Boil potatoes, eggs and carrots.

3. We take a sliding form, or a deep bowl and grease the bottom and sides vegetable oil to remove the salad from the container without damage.


4. We put the mushrooms on the bottom, all over the form, with the cap down.


Important! The leg of the mushroom should not be longer than 1 cm, if it is higher, then the mushrooms will be unevenly laid.

5. I prepared the dill in advance, washed it thoroughly and dried it. Now we need to chop it finely, then sprinkle the mushrooms with chopped dill.


6. Rub the potatoes on a fine grater and grease with mayonnaise


7. Carrots, also three on a fine grater, evenly distributing in shape, and grease with mayonnaise.


Important! Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt.

8. Then finely rub the eggs, level and grease with mayonnaise on top


9. Cut the chicken into small cubes.


10. Distribute evenly over the shape of the container.

11. Take a large dish and cover the salad, gently turn it over and hold the dish and shape on both sides.

To prepare the salad you need:


Cooking process:

1. The first step is to boil all the vegetables. Rinse the greens thoroughly and dry well. Boil the chicken breast in salted water, and leave to cool in the same broth for juiciness.

2. Then you need to choose the dishes in which we will collect the salad. It can be a deep bowl, or a sliding form. It is convenient for me to cook on a large flat plate, for rounding I use a ring from a sliding baking dish.

3. Put the pickled mushrooms with the cap down on the bottom.

4. Next, finely chop green onions and herbs, sprinkle our mushrooms evenly.

5. Rub the potatoes on a coarse grater, distribute and press down with a fork, then grease with mayonnaise.

6. Chop the chicken breast into medium sized pieces.

7. Transfer to a mold and level, then grease with mayonnaise.

8. The next layer of salad is Korean carrots. It must be chopped with a knife so that it is not too long.


9. Put the carrots in a mold and brush with a layer of mayonnaise.

10. Three cheese on a fine grater, flatten, pressing with a fork, and grease with mayonnaise.


11. We put our Polyanka in the refrigerator for several hours, and best of all at night, so that our wonderful salad is thoroughly saturated. It also needs to be covered with a plate or a lid on top, for example, I cover it with cling film, as it is convenient for you, the main thing is to prevent the salad from weathering.


12. We take the salad out of the refrigerator, cover it with a flat plate on top, and turn it over sharply, raise the container and voila!

Ingredients:

  • Pickled champignons - 300 gr.
  • Chicken breast - 200 gr.

  • Parsley dill

Cooking process:

1. Before starting to prepare the salad, we need to prepare all the vegetables. Rinse the potatoes and carrots and cook without peeling until tender. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel.

2. Boil the chicken over medium heat and do not forget to add salt. When the chicken is boiled, let it cool in the broth in which it was boiled, this will add juiciness to the chicken meat. We put the broth in the refrigerator, it will still come in handy for the soup.

3. Put the pickled champignons with their caps down into a deep container, we do this "trick" so that, turning the salad over, the mushroom caps look at us and resemble a mushroom meadow.

4. Rinse greens, dry and cut with a knife, not very finely. Sprinkle herbs over our inverted mushrooms, pressing down lightly with a fork.

5. Peel and grate potatoes. You can also cut into cubes, but then the salad will not turn out so airy.

6. Coat the potato layer with mayonnaise.

7. Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and place on a potato layer in a dish.


8. We coat the meat with a layer of mayonnaise.

9. Peel and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.

10. Three eggs on a coarse grater carrots, leveling with a fork.

11. Coat with mayonnaise.

12. The remaining potatoes are three on a grater and add to the salad.

For cooking we need:

  • Pickled mushrooms - 160 gr.
  • Potatoes - 1 pc.
  • Carrots (small) - 2 pcs.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken leg- 200 gr. (or breast)
  • Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Green onions - 3 sprigs
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Cooking process:

1. Boil potatoes and carrots until tender. Cook eggs separately. Cook chicken leg for 30 minutes in salted water.

2. Cut potatoes, carrots, eggs and cucumber into cubes. Remove the peel from the leg and, like the vegetables, cut into small cubes. Chop green onions.

3. We need to discard mushrooms in a colander from the marinade and rinse under running water.

4. This is a shape-shifting salad, so we need to take a deep salad bowl and grease its walls with mushroom marinade, or a little oil. We do these manipulations so that our salad leaves the walls well and does not fall apart. We spread the pickled mushrooms on the bottom.

5. Sprinkle the mushrooms on top with chopped green onions. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

6. Put a layer of potatoes on the onion. Lubricate with mayonnaise.


7. The next layer is chicken meat. We coat with mayonnaise.

8. Spread carrots on chicken meat, level.

  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr.
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens (dill, onion)

Cooking process:

1.First of all, we start to boil vegetables, eggs and chicken breast. I will not describe this item, since the recipes above are already described in detail.

2. Take a salad bowl with high edges or a deep bowl, put the mushrooms with their caps down.

3. Sprinkle mushrooms with chopped herbs.

4. Then grate the eggs and grease with mayonnaise.

5. Put the corn on the eggs and coat with mayonnaise.

6. The next layer is finely chopped meat and mayonnaise again.

8. The final layer is potatoes, we rub it on a coarse grater, there is no need to grease with mayonnaise, since this will be the bottom layer of our shape-shifter.

9. Cover our salad with a lid or cling film and put it in the refrigerator to soak it.

Preparation:

We put this form on a flat salad bowl and begin to lay out the layers, which consist of the following products:

  • Boiled potatoes 3 pcs
  • Champignons, marinated 300 gr
  • Boiled chicken fillet 250 gr
  • Korean carrots 200 gr
  • Cheese 150 gr
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill, parsley, green onion

At the bottom of the salad bowl we put the pickled champignons with their hats down, so the champignons should be whole

The next layer is boiled potatoes through a coarse grater. Lay out carefully, distribute evenly over the surface. Lubricate with mayonnaise

Now we cut the chicken into cubes or strips, as you like. Gently spread on a salad, also smear with mayonnaise

The first version of the Lesnaya Polyanka salad with honey agarics is the simplest and does not require any special cooking skills.

It will include chicken meat, it is best to take fillet for this appetizer. Honey mushrooms, especially in winter, are difficult to find, so in our case we use canned ones. They will need about 350 grams. Next, you need to cook two medium potatoes, two fresh small cucumbers, five chicken eggs, mayonnaise and herbs for decoration.

The first step is to boil chicken meat. Boiled potatoes and eggs are also included in the salad, the latter must be hard-boiled.

And then everything is simple. The salad is stacked on the dish in layers. The first layer is finely chopped chicken meat, which is soaked in mayonnaise. This is followed by chopped mushrooms. In our case, canned mushrooms. The third layer consists of boiled potatoes grated on a coarse grater, also covered with a layer of mayonnaise. The layer next to the potatoes - fresh cucumbers... They can either be finely chopped or grated (as it is more convenient for anyone). This is followed by the last layer, consisting of finely grated eggs, which are also soaked in mayonnaise.
