Salt the onion in vegetable oil until milky.

After softening, add the mushrooms. Salt. Stir with a spatula and fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes. Transfer the fried champignons to a bowl.

Eggs, peel and dice.

Now you can do the nuts. Dry the walnut kernels in a dry frying pan or place on a baking sheet and hold in the oven for 10 minutes. This will make them crisper. Chop them with a knife, but not too finely.
