    Sometimes I really want to taste something from my childhood .. I offer a recipe for a carrot and rice casserole, as they gave in my kindergarten!

    1.5 porridge rice, 0.5 water, 250 milk, 2 eggs, 0.5 carrots, salt, sugar

Depending on the amount of rice you need for the casserole, you take 2+ eggs, beat them until frothy, and then add them to the rice, which is almost done. Then you need to add cottage cheese to the rice mass (to taste - what you like best: either a lot of cottage cheese, or more rice). Optionally, you can add washed (and steamed) raisins - but, for example, my children picked them out of the casserole all the time, so I added candied fruit or made the casserole empty).
