Ingredients are based on 24 candies.

Compound:

  • 200 grams of ready-made pumpkin puree;
  • 1 glass of milk;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 100 grams of chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts);
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • on the tip of a knife of ground ginger.

Cooking method:

  1. First you need to make pumpkin puree. To do this, take 400 grams of pumpkin, and cut into small pieces without removing the skin. Then we put our sticks on a baking sheet and put in the oven to bake. It should be baked until the pumpkin is soft at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  2. When the pumpkin is ready, cool it a little, remove the skin, and beat it in a blender until puree is formed. If you don't have a blender at hand, you can thoroughly knead the pumpkin with a fork.
  3. Put the resulting puree in a deep frying pan with a thick bottom, add milk, vanillin, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and mix everything properly. Place the pan over high heat and bring to a boil.
  4. When the mass has boiled, we make the fire to a minimum and cook for another 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Gradually, our workpiece will begin to boil down and caramelize. It is important to stir continuously at this stage so that the mass does not burn. The mixture is ready when it starts to resemble marmalade and becomes easy to lag behind the pan.
  6. We remove the pan from the stove, add butter, a third of chopped nuts, cinnamon, ginger to the mixture, and mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  7. Place the candy mass in a bowl, cool and refrigerate for two hours.
  8. Mix the rest of the ground nuts with cocoa.
  9. We take out our cooled candy mass, and begin to form candies (balls) from it. We make one candy from one teaspoon of the mixture. Each ball obtained is well dipped in cocoa - nut mixture.
  10. Transfer the resulting sweets to a dish and put in the refrigerator.

Have you been attacked by the winter blues, or your body needs urgent healing? And what saves you from lack of sunlight and helps with a bad mood?

That's right, sweet! Let's think about the bright and cheerful pumpkin in orange plumage! After all, from it you can not only cook porridge and bake casseroles, but also cook delicious healthy pumpkin sweets.

In addition to the finest orange vegetable, nuts, honey, biscuits and oatmeal are the key ingredients in these gorgeous pumpkin candies. This is the perfect base for the delicious, delicate pumpkin flavor to unfold.

Some elements of the recipe can be easily adjusted to suit your preferences. For example, for taste, instead of walnuts, use almonds or hazelnuts, and for sweetness, replace honey with chocolate. Well, ginger, cinnamon or vanilla will do a great job with the aromatization of sweets, which is given by orange peel.

Therefore, it is very easy to cook the most useful goodies on your own with your own hands, the main thing is to take into account the tastes and preferences of your family and friends. I am sure that they are happy to eat pumpkin sweets instead of store-bought sweets, which contain continuous chemical flavoring agents and "E" additives.

In addition, they will significantly save the family budget.

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin - 200 grams
  • Instant oatmeal - 150 grams
  • Cookies (any) - 150 grams
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Walnuts - 50 grams
  • Orange - 1 piece
  • Cognac - 30 ml (if kids eat dessert, exclude alcohol from the recipe)
  • Coconut flakes - 50 grams
  • - 3 tablespoons or to taste

The process of making delicious and healthy homemade pumpkin sweets:

  1. Peel the pumpkin, wash, cut into pieces, fill them with water and boil until soft.
  2. Drain all the water from the finished pumpkin, cool it a little and grind it with a crush until smooth.
    You can also use a blender for this process or grind the pumpkin through a sieve.

  3. Put the oatmeal in a grinder or coffee grinder.
  4. Finish the flakes to the state of flour. Oatmeal can be substituted with oat flour or oat bran.
  5. Then put the cookies in the grinder.
  6. Let's turn the cookies into small crumbs.
    Gingerbread, waffles, biscuits, or vanilla croutons can be used instead of cookies.

  7. Put chopped oatmeal into the cooled pumpkin puree.
  8. Mix the products well and leave them for 30 minutes, so that the oatmeal swells a little and takes in the pumpkin juice.
  9. After this time, add the cookie crumb to the dough.
  10. Mix all the ingredients and add honey. If your honey causes allergic reactions, then replace it with jam, wedge syrup or condensed milk.
    If you have linden honey, then feel free to use it in this recipe, as it is hypoallergenic.

  11. Then add softened butter and pour in brandy, which can be replaced with rum, gin or whiskey.
    For the children's table, exclude alcohol from the recipe.

  12. Knead the dough until smooth and add small pieces of crushed walnuts. If desired, the nuts can also be crushed into crumbs.
    However, it is tastier in desserts to feel them whole.

  13. Mix the mass again and add orange zest of one fruit grated on a medium grater.
  14. Again, mix everything well and send the dough to the freezer for 30 minutes, while stirring it every 10 minutes.
    This is necessary so that the dough hardens a little, and it was possible to form round candies from it, since it initially turns out to be a little liquid. However, if you think the dough is too tight, then dilute it a little with orange juice.

    When the dough hardens a little, make small balls out of it, which we roll in coconut flakes. Put them in paper candy tins or on a flat plate and send them to the refrigerator to freeze for 1-1.5 hours.

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin - 600 grams;
  • biscuits (biscuit, oatmeal) - 100-150 grams;
  • sugar - 100 grams (sugar can be replaced with honey, as well as adjust the amount to your liking);
  • butter - 50 grams;
  • walnuts - 50 grams;
  • cinnamon, cloves - to taste;
  • salt on the tip of a knife.

Pumpkin sweets. Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the pumpkin, peel and cut into small cubes.
  2. Put out with the addition of a small amount of water until tender, drain the water. I recommend adding some salt to the pumpkin to accentuate the sweet taste.
  3. Beat with a blender while still warm pumpkin, sugar, butter. Add prepared biscuit crumbs, mix well and cool. If you have a very dry pumpkin and the mixture is very chunky, then you can add a little cream or milk for elasticity. If on the contrary - the pumpkin is very watery, add more cookies.
  4. Form candies with completely cooled candy mass and roll in a mixture of cookie and nut crumbs. Or you can put a nut in the middle of the candy.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

And then came the long-awaited holiday of belly and mood! "Very tasty" wishes you Bon appetit! And be sure to try
