eggs - 3 pcs.
sugar - 1 glass (a little less if you don't like too sweet)
flour - 1 glass
soda - 0.5 tsp.
butter- 1 tbsp. l.
nuts - 1/4 tbsp (optional)
vanillin - 1 tsp (optional)
orange peel - 1 tbsp. l. (optional)

Preparation

A not very large baking sheet with a side height of 3-4 cm grease well with butter (and sides). Sprinkle the bottom with flour. We spread the apples cut into slices on the bottom. The excess can be eaten or put here in a not very thick second layer. I like it when there are a lot of apples. I also have nothing against apple peel, but if you want, you can cut it off.

Beat eggs and sugar well. Pour flour here and add slaked soda. If you like nuts, and they are available, then you can pour some chopped kernels into the dough. walnut... At the same stage, if desired, you can add vanillin or zest. We mix everything thoroughly. The resulting batter pour evenly over the apples:

The dough should completely cover the apples. We send the cake to the oven preheated to 200 C (360 F).

We bake for 20 minutes. I remind you that biscuit does not like temperature changes and loud sounds)) Therefore, we try not to open the oven too often, and do not slam the oven lid)). We check with a toothpick or a match for readiness, let cool a little, cut and serve.

My friends, whom I gave this recipe, supplemented the apples with bananas, tried to replace apples with cherries and plums, and it still turned out delicious. There is enough oil in the dough, so there is no need to grease the baking sheet. We distribute the dough into an even layer about one centimeter thick. If you make a thicker layer, then your cake will not have time to bake inside.

Spread jam on top of the dough with a thin layer. Then we spread the apple pieces. If you have time, then the fruit should be cut into slices and laid out beautifully in rows.
