Thousands of people have been on the diet of Dr. Pierre Ducan over the past decades. Two steps to lose weight, and two steps to consolidate the result - this is how a protein diet works flawlessly. Lemon pie

3 eggs
300 ml cold water sweetener
1 lemon
a pinch of salt

Beat the yolks with the sweetener. Add water, juice and zest, cook in a water bath over low heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Season with salt, add proteins, sweetener, if necessary, and beat until thick foam. Combine proteins with a warm mass. Place in a baking dish (about 25 cm) and bake at 180C until browned.

Tea sorbet

100 ml of water
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp green tea
4 mint leaves
300 g fat-free cottage cheese

Boil 100 ml of water, add green tea and mint. Leave to infuse. Pour into a blender, mix with cottage cheese. To stir thoroughly. Put in the freezer for 2 hours, sometimes taking out and stirring well the formed ice. Transfer to the refrigerator shortly before serving.

Almond jelly

400 ml skim milk
3 plates of gelatin (or 5 tablespoons of loose)
6 drops of almond flavoring

Bring the flavored milk to a near boil. While stirring, gently dissolve the gelatin, avoiding the formation of lumps. Pour into vases or glasses and leave in the refrigerator until thick.

Spicy cream

250 ml skim milk
200 g fat-free cottage cheese
1 star anise
vanilla pod
1 yolk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sweetener
1 clove

Boil the spiced milk. Beat the yolks with the sweetener until the mixture turns white. Slowly pour the yolks into the milk, stirring occasionally. Cook for 12 minutes over low heat. Filter off spices, add cottage cheese and refrigerate. Serve chilled.

Protein and vegetable days

Curd almost cheesecake

5 tbsp. l. fat-free cottage cheese 0%
2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
2 tbsp. l. corn starch
2 tbsp. l. sweetener or table. sweetener
2 egg yolks
5 egg whites

In a blender bowl, beat the cottage cheese, starch, yolks, sweetener and lemon juice until creamy. Beat the whites separately and add to the curd using a wooden spatula. Pour into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the cake) at 200C. Cool and serve cold.

Chocolate mousse

125 g fat-free cottage cheese 0%
3 tbsp. l. water
6 proteins
125 g diet chocolate
a pinch of salt
1 tsp instant coffee

In a small bowl, combine water, chocolate chunks and coffee. Melt in a water bath. Mix with cottage cheese and knead until smooth. Whisk the egg whites and salt into a thick foam. Gently combine with the chocolate mixture, pour into glasses or vases and leave in the refrigerator to harden for at least 2 hours.

Oatmeal cookies(contains 2 permitted products)

6 tbsp. l. oat bran
2 tbsp. l. milk powder
4 tbsp. l. corn starch
5 g baking powder
40 ml milk
200 ml low fat yogurt
sweetener to taste

Mix yogurt with milk, grind with a spoon. Add all dry ingredients. Cover baking sheet baking paper, spread the mass with a teaspoon. Bake cookies for 20 minutes at 175C.

Yoghurt dessert (contains 1 allowed product)

2 eggs
200 g fat-free yogurt 0%
50 g cornstarch
flavoring to taste
a pinch of salt

Beat the yolks with sweetener, yoghurt, starch and flavor. Beat the whites separately with a pinch of salt. Mix together, pour into a 10 cm baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 210 C.

Spring cake

500 g fat-free cottage cheese
1 tbsp. l. skim milk
2 eggs
50 g sorrel
50 g basil
pinch of cinnamon
salt

The biggest difficulties for losing weight at the stage "Alternation" arise in connection with the full lack of desserts in the menu and a variety of "snacks". This stage is rather long, and if at the stage of "Attack" it was easy enough to withstand 3-7 days without sweets, then at this phase the risk of "breakdown" increases many times.

In this article, we will talk about what other desserts from the products available at this stage can be prepared. It is also worth noting that at this stage, some are allowed, such as corn starch, olive oil, 3% sour cream, etc.


Milk sweets according to Ducan

These sweets have pleasant milky taste... They are good for satisfying the need for sweets on hot days, as they are stored in the refrigerator.

To make sweets, we need:

300 ml skim milk, 25 g gelatin, sweetener to taste, vanillin and cinnamon.

  • Heat the milk over a fire and dissolve the sugar substitute and gelatin in it;
  • Then add some vanillin. Leave the milk for about 10-15 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved;
  • Then sprinkle with cinnamon (you can without it) small silicone molds, and pour the mixture into molds;
  • Place the mold in the refrigerator until it hardens.

Jelly by Dukan Coca-Cola

This jelly is similar to the lime jelly recipe we described in a previous article. It also refreshes well in the heat and practically does not supply extra calories to our body. To prepare it you will need:

  • 0.5 L Coca-Cola Light;
  • 10 g gelatin;
  • 3 tablespoons of boiled water;
  • sweetener to taste.

Dissolve gelatin in water according to the instructions on the package. The resulting hot clear syrup pouring into coca-cola while stirring. Pour the jelly mixture into molds or cups and put in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

Vanilla ice cream according to Ducan

One more summer recipe will be to your liking ice cream lovers... Making diet ice cream is pretty simple. It can be kept in the freezer for a while to please yourself from time to time. We need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 150 g creamy curd;
  • sweetener to taste;
  • vanillin.

The first step is to separate the yolks from the whites. The yolks are thoroughly mixed with milk, vanilla and sweetener using a whisk. We put the resulting mixture on a small fire or steam bath, and stir constantly. The vanilla mass should thicken slightly. After thickening, remove the container from the heat and put in a cool place to cool.

The whites are whipped very strongly with a mixer so that they have a fairly dense consistency. Into the already cooled vanilla cream add cottage cheese and proteins, and stir well. Pour ice cream into molds and put it in the freezer. Ice cream every 15 minutes beat with a blender so that there are no pieces of ice in it.

Optionally, you can make a chocolate ice cream with a little cocoa, which is allowed at this stage.

Ducan Lemon Egg Dessert

To prepare this dessert, we need:

  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • lemon zest;
  • a few spoons of sweetener;
  • 50 g fat-free kefir;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • vanillin and cinnamon to taste.

All ingredients must be whipped with a blender until you get homogeneous mass... Then pour out the resulting mass in silicone mold and bake for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the finished dessert.

Oatmeal muffins according to Ducan in a slow cooker

Cupcakes like this will do for breakfast or afternoon tea... They can be eaten with tea, coffee, kefir or milk. Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat bran;
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 tablespoons of creamy cottage cheese;
  • 6g dry yeast;
  • sweetener and vanillin to taste.

Grind 1 tablespoon of bran on a coffee grinder to a state of flour. The second spoonful of bran is not ground, but poured with hot milk for 15 minutes. The bran will be saturated with milk, and will become softer and more tender. Mix in a separate container bran flour, cornstarch, wheat bran, sweetener, yeast, vanillin, and bran that have been soaked in milk.

The sugar substitute can be pre-dissolved in a little warm water. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Then add eggs and curd to the resulting mixture. Distribute the dough evenly on silicone muffins... Put the molds with the dough on the bottom of the pan and immerse them in the multicooker on the baking mode for about 1 hour. The muffins can also be baked in a regular oven for 30-40 minutes until tender.

Ducan Custard Cakes

These diet cakes are very tasty and satisfy the hunger of a sweet tooth. To make cakes you will need:

For the test:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g cream curd with 0% fat;
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • Sweetener, a pinch of salt, vanillin.

For the custard:

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 250 ml skim milk;
  • 2 yolks;
  • sweetener and vanillin.

The dough is prepared like this: the whites are separated from the yolks. Then the whites are whipped with a mixer until a strong mass is formed. Add to the protein mass 2 yolks, cottage cheese, starch, yeast, sweetener and vanillin... Stir the dough very thoroughly by rotating the spoon in one direction. The mass should be homogeneous, without lumps.

We put the molds with the dough in an oven preheated to 200 ° C, and bake for 15 minutes. The cream is prepared as follows: vanillin is added to 200 ml of milk, and the mixture is placed on little fire... The yolks are mixed with 50 ml of the remaining milk, starch and sweetener. The resulting mixture must be gradually introduced into milk, which is heated over a fire. The cream is constantly stirred and cooked until thickened. Then the cream is removed from the heat and cooled... The cooled cakes are cut open so that the bonnet can be removed and filled ready-made cream... A delicious dessert is ready!

For Alternation

Ducan desserts for Alternation are based on a certain amount of carbohydrates. When making dessert, you will use goji berries (at this stage they are included in the list of additional products, their daily rate should not exceed 2 tablespoons). You also need eggs (2 pcs.) And low-fat cottage cheese (150 g). The rest of the ingredients: starch (2 tablespoons), COM ( powdered milk) and oat bran (3 tablespoons each). Use a baking powder (1 tsp) to increase the puffiness of the dough, and a sugar substitute to add sweetness.

Combine the yolks with the cottage cheese and with all the bulk ingredients, add the whipped whites. Fill all the molds in half, place 10 dry berries in the center, cover the berries with a spoonful of dough. Bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

For Attack

Desserts offered by Dukan for Attack contain mostly protein components. Take your eggs and skimmed milk(5 pcs / 375 ml). Use nutmeg (pinch) and vanilla (1 pod) for flavoring, and sugar substitute for sweetness.

Beat the eggs. Heat the milk in a saucepan with vanilla in it (do not bring it to a boil). Gradually pour warm milk into the egg mass, add sweetener, season nutmeg... Bake the dessert for about half an hour at 160 degrees. Adjust the time if necessary. It turns out something like a sweet omelet, but it's tasty enough.

From cottage cheese

Take low-fat soft cottage cheese (500 g), eggs (3 pcs.) And skim milk (50 ml). You will also need oat bran and cornstarch (4 tablespoons / 2 tablespoons). For flavoring use instant coffee and cinnamon powder (2 tsp / 1 tsp). Baking powder (1 tsp) will help fluff the dough. The rate of sugar substitute is 3 tsp.

Beat the whites, adding baking powder and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Mix all the other ingredients with the yolks. Combine both masses (enter the proteins very carefully so as not to precipitate them). Cook for about half an hour (oven temperature: 200 degrees).

In the microwave

V microwave oven can be cooked delicious cupcake according to the Ducan diet recipe. Take eggs (3 pcs.), Cornstarch and oat bran (2 tablespoons each), low-fat yogurt (100 ml). Add sweetener to taste (0.5-1 tsp). You will also need baking powder (2 tsp) and orange extract (1 tsp).

Beat the eggs, add all the ingredients. Put the dough in a glass bowl (pre-grease it by moistening a napkin with a drop of oil and circling the sides and bottom of the dish with it). Cook at 900 watts for 4-5 minutes. Add a little more time if necessary (30 seconds at a time to keep the cake dry).

In a multicooker

In the slow cooker, we will cook small cupcakes using silicone molds... Take eggs (2 pcs.), Low-fat cottage cheese and oat bran (4 tablespoons each). For flavoring, use zest, instant coffee, or cinnamon (your choice). The rate of the baking powder is 1 tsp, and the sweetener is 5 tablets.

Whisk the whites separately, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add to the test protein mass... Divide the dough into tins. Cook for 40 minutes (Baking). If the muffins are not baked, add another 10 minutes.

Desserts according to Dukan are not only tasty, but also healthy, since they contain dietary components.

Dr. Pierre Dukan knows that it is impossible to overcome sugar cravings forever. The only way to deal with it is to cook the desserts yourself. What happens? Pancakes from Ducan

4 servings // 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. oat bran flour
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 100 ml milk 0.5% fat
  • a pinch of salt
  • 10 tablets of sweetener
  • baking powder
  • 3 drops of oil (for frying)
  • fructose syrup - for serving

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the starch and milk. Stir so that there are no lumps.
  2. Place cottage cheese in a bowl, beat in eggs, salt and baking powder. Bring to uniformity. Add oat bran flour and stir again.
  3. Pound sweetener tablets in a spoon, add a drop of boiling water. Add dissolved tablets to the mixture.
  4. Add the milk and starch mixture to the mixture and whisk again.
  5. Place the skillet on the stove top. When it gets hot enough, brush it with butter and fry the pancake on both sides. Serve with syrup and berries (unless you are in the Attack phase when berries are not allowed).

Spice balloons

4 servings // 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. l. oat bran flour
  • 2 tbsp. l. skimmed milk powder
  • 4 tbsp. l. corn starch
  • 5 tbsp. l. milk 0.5% fat
  • 50 g fat-free yogurt
  • 100 g of kefir
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp. l. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 2 tbsp. l. sesame

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix milk with yogurt. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and then pour in the milk and yogurt mixture. Knead the dough.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet with a teaspoon. Bake for 30 minutes.

Vanilla custard

4 servings // 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml milk 0.5% fat
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 14 sweetener tablets
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. l. corn starch

Preparation:

  1. Combine the yolks and starch.
  2. Pour the milk into a saucepan. Pound the sweetener in a spoon, add boiling water. Place the dissolved tablets in milk. Add vanilla seeds and bring to a boil.
  3. Strain the milk. Add to egg mixture 3 tablespoons of milk, stir. Pour the mixture into the milk and place it back on the stove. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove milk from heat. Leave in the mold until it cools completely. Serve in bowls.

Complexity phase "Attack" in the fact that it is necessary to sharply rebuild your usual diet, completely excluding sweets and desserts, which brought those who wanted to lose weight a lot of joy.
