Also, according to the recipe, they add chicken eggs, sugar, cocoa and, if desired, a drop of cognac. The result is a delicious dish with tart impregnation and delicate cream.

Perhaps the most famous dish Chinese food... Like the Middle Kingdom itself, the recipe for the Peking duck arose a long time ago. In particular, special preparation birds were listed among other things in the written work of Hu Sihui, who in 1330 was responsible for the nutrition of the emperor himself. Original recipe states that a duck carcass with a separated skin should be generously greased with honey, after which the bird must be baked in a special oven that is fired with cherry wood. As a result, you should get tender duck meat with a crispy skin-like crust. Peking duck is traditionally served with pancakes, onions and various sauces.
