And we send it to the pan, which should be preheated very well.


And so I spread the chops, how much to fit and fry for a couple of minutes on each side, if you want very fried, then the time should accordingly be longer.


The second run turns out to be more fried, apparently due to the remnants of the batter, and due to the fact that I no longer add oil.


Then, after frying, I spread the chops on a piece of paper to absorb the remaining vegetable oil as much as possible, and I also blot it with kitchen towels.
