After the allotted time, set aside the onion and carrots and put the prepared meatballs in the bowl (they are made from minced meat with the addition of salt and spices). Fry them until golden brown (5-10 minutes).

Then turn off the "Fry" mode and put potatoes and peas in the multicooker bowl (the tubers are best cut into cubes). Add a tablespoon of salt and pour in about 2 liters hot water... Close the lid, turn on the "Soup" program and set the time to 1 hour. A beep will sound when the dish is ready. After that, you can pour the soup into plates, and when serving, sprinkle with herbs.

Soup with cauliflower and meatballs

Cabbage is a well-known vegetable, from which first courses and salads are most often prepared. She gives all her voi useful material broth, which makes soups especially healthy and rich.

Products:

  • cauliflower - 300-350 grams;
  • 100 grams of rice;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 3 liters of any liquid (water, vegetable or meat broth);
  • 300 g of any minced meat;
  • some oil for frying;
  • egg;
  • 1 onion and carrot;
  • some flour;
  • salt and favorite spices.

Recipe:

Bring to a boil chicken bouillon while preparing food. We also peel and wash the potatoes, which then need to be cut into cubes. As the broth boils, immediately put the potatoes in it. Grind onions and carrots in any way, then put half of the vegetables in a saucepan, and fry the second part in a pan.

After boiling again, pour rice into a saucepan and lay out the fry (do not forget to rinse the cereals first). While the rice is boiling, we make meatballs: we combine minced meat, flour, an egg, salt and make small meatballs. Boil them for 10 minutes separately from the soup in salted water.

Then we shift the finished meatballs into the soup along with the cauliflower divided into separate rosettes. Cook the first course for 10 minutes, turn it off and sprinkle with chopped herbs. We insist a little soup with meatballs and you can try it, not forgetting to fill with sour cream.

Recipe with noodles

This light and tasty soup is loved by members of the whole family, and especially children. Vermicelli in it can be replaced homemade noodles or any pasta, which must be added at the end of cooking, so that they do not have time to boil too much.

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of water;
  • 350 g pork;
  • 70-80 g of vermicelli;
  • 1 small onion and 1 carrot;
  • 1 yolk;
  • 10-15 g butter;
  • some vegetable oil;
  • 1-2 bay leaves;
  • some dill (fresh);
  • salt.

Preparation:

First you need to make meatballs. Rinse the meat and remove excess moisture with paper towels.

Cut the pork into small pieces and grind them in a meat grinder. Add the egg yolk to the resulting minced meat. Shape the meatballs, being careful to keep them the same size.

Preheat in a wide skillet sunflower oil and carefully place the meatballs in it. Fry them over minimal heat on both sides.

While the meatballs are frying, put a pot of water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Then put the meatballs into the water and add a few bay leaves.

Peel the carrots and then grate them. Cut the onion into small cubes. Place everything in a skillet with melted butter and brown vegetables until tender.

Transfer the resulting frying to a saucepan and cook the soup over low heat until the meatballs are cooked.

As the water and meatballs boil, add vermicelli or other pasta to the pan. Stir immediately to prevent the vermicelli from sticking together. Season with salt to taste and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.

Then turn off the stove and close the lid tightly. Leave the soup to infuse for 10-12 minutes, then pour it into bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs when serving.

Soup with squash and meatballs

Zucchini goes well with any meat and vegetables, while enriching the taste perfectly ready meal... Soup with meatballs and zucchini is not only made quickly, but also turns out to be light and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 5 pieces. young potatoes;
  • 1 zucchini;
  • 1 carrot and 1 sweet pepper;
  • 2 onions;
  • minced meat - 300 grams;
  • 300 grams of rice;
  • a couple of eggs;
  • some oil for frying;
  • bay leaves and salt.

Cooking a dish:

First, boil the rice - in the end it should be half finished, after which you can start sculpting meatballs. While we are doing this, we will put water (4 liters) on the stove so that it has time to boil.

Finely chop 1 onion with a knife. Combine minced meat, pre-prepared rice, eggs, onion, spices and salt in a bowl. Mix everything well and form small meatballs. After boiling the water, put the meatballs in a saucepan and cook them over low heat.

Cut the carrots into small strips, and finely chop the onions. Put the vegetables in a pan and fry them lightly.

While everything is fried, grind the bell peppers and add them to the pan when the onions and carrots begin to take on a golden appearance.

Cut the zucchini into small strips, put them in a frying pan, mix all the ingredients thoroughly and fry until the zucchini is completely cooked.

In order not to lose the vitamins contained in the potatoes, you can not peel them, but simply rinse them well in running water. After that, cut the tubers into cubes and put them in a saucepan with the meatballs. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, we shift the frying from the pan into the pan, bring to a boil, salt, cook for 5 minutes and turn it off.

We insist the finished soup under the lid for 10-15 minutes, after which you can taste it.
