  • 25 ml vinegar;
  • ground pepper and a clove of garlic;
  • 40 grams of sugar;
  • 100 grams of bell pepper;
  • 50-60 ml of oil;
  • half a cup of rice.

Here is the cooking procedure:

  1. Wash and peel vegetables. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion.
  2. Chop the cabbage, and peel off the skin after blanching the tomatoes. Cut them into cubes and cut the peppers into strips.
  3. Pour oil into a saucepan and fry the carrots and onions in it for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper there.
  4. Place the cabbage in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook the rice, but not until cooked through, and then add it to the cabbage.
  6. Add garlic, herbs and tomatoes to a saucepan.
  7. Cook the dish for another 40 minutes.
  8. Add sugar and vinegar a couple of minutes before turning off.

Spread the hot mixture over the jars and roll up. Place them upside down until they cool and place them in the basement.
