    5. In a pan with carrots and onions, lay out the lumps of minced meat and mix. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add some water.
    6. Add cabbage and simmer another 15 minutes.
    7. Then add rice, tomato puree and herbs. Simmer another 10 minutes.

    Lazy cabbage rolls for the winter


    A delicious dish can not only be eaten fresh or frozen, but also canned. I will tell you how to make cabbage salad with rice, which in winter can be warmed up with any meat or minced meat.
    Here are the products you will need:

    • 900 grams of cabbage;
    • 100 grams of onion;
    • 250 grams of carrots;
    • 4 tomatoes;
    • 25 ml of vinegar;
    • ground pepper and a clove of garlic;
    • 40 grams of sugar;
    • 100 grams of bell pepper;
    • 50-60 ml of oil;
    • half a cup of rice.

    Here is the preparation procedure:

    1. Wash and clean vegetables. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion.
    2. Shred the cabbage, and after blanching the tomatoes, remove the skin. Cut them into cubes, and pepper into strips.
    3. Pour oil into a saucepan and fry carrots and onions in it for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper to it.
    4. Put cabbage in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
    5. Boil the rice, but not until fully cooked, and then add it to the cabbage.
    6. Add garlic, herbs and tomatoes to the pot.
    7. Cook the dish for another 40 minutes.
    8. A couple of minutes before turning off, add sugar and vinegar.

    Pour the hot mixture into jars and roll up. Put them upside down until cool and place in the basement.
