It turns out like an uneven diamond-shaped cell :) Put a pea of ​​black pepper on each cell and press it a little. Be sure to press in a little, otherwise you will simply take it away later when you grease the meatloaf.

    We bake a roll. Raise the edges of the foil slightly and press them to the roll. We do this so that when the juice flows from the roll, it soaks it, and does not spread over the tray.

    We put the roll in an oven preheated to 175 degrees. We will cook it for about 1-1.5 hours. In the last 10 minutes, the fire can be slightly increased.

    Every 10-15 minutes, use a silicone brush to grease the roll with juice that will flow from the meat into the foil.

    Bend the foil slightly so that the sides also blush.

How to check readiness?

Due to the fact that we watered the roll, it got an appetizing crust on top, and soft meat inside. Take a knitting needle and pierce the roll, juice should not flow from it and fresh minced meat should not remain on the knitting needle, in addition, it will become a very beautiful ruddy color.
