Radishes can be found in almost every vegetable stall in the spring. But they use it, as a rule, only "with a bite" or using it as part of decorating a dish. Although wonderful, spring-like light salads with a wonderful crunchy taste and delicate texture are prepared from it.


Meat salad.

Meat (300 grams of lean pork or beef) is boiled, cooled and cut into small cubes.

Lettuce leaves are washed, cut into large pieces.

The radish (150 grams) is washed, the coarse root part is removed, the “hairs” are cut off, and chopped into thin slices - half rings.

Hard boiled eggs (two chicken eggs), peel, cut into medium-sized cubes. Cheese "Adyghe" or "feta" (100 grams) is cut in the same way.

All chopped food is put in one cup, seasoned with mayonnaise (two tablespoons), salt, pepper (to taste), mustard (one teaspoon).


Mix gently and serve on lettuce leaves. If you want a dietary salad, then instead of meat, use boiled chicken breast and mayonnaise and Russian mustard are replaced with salad yoghurt and Dijon mustard in the same proportions.

Meat salad with radish came up by itself when I saw what a wonderful radish grew in my garden! When I bought the seeds, multi-colored radishes were painted on the bag, but I did not expect that such radishes would really grow)) Well, since the harvest pleased me, and I really love meat salads, so I suggest you prepare a delicious, juicy and hearty salad with lean pork and radishes. We also need a lot of greenery, take any of your favorite.

From words to deeds! Boil a piece of meat in advance or take from the broth for soup. Beef can also be used. Radish will do the usual, of course)) Greens - to your taste, I have in my composition: cilantro, sorrel, dill, spinach, salad "Odessa kucheryavets" and a mixture of salads (the packet said "Japanese mix").

Cut the radish into thin slices. You can use a knife, you can use special shredders.

Put the radishes in a deep salad bowl.

Wash the greens, dry them, cut them into thin ribbons.

Cool the boiled meat, cut into thin cubes.

Let's mix the dressing: soy sauce and vegetable oil.

Put the meat in a salad bowl and add the dressing. Let's try and add salt if necessary.

Stir the salad and let it brew for 5 minutes to mix the flavors and aromas.

Georgian meat salad with radish

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of radish,
  • 700 gr lean beef,
  • 150 gr mayonnaise,
  • 1 tsp blue fenugreek (suneli hops),
  • 1 tsp yellow flower (Imeretian saffron),
  • 1 tsp dried coriander,
  • 1 tsp with a heap of ground bitter red pepper,
  • salt to taste.

Preparation

Wash and chop beef meat in large pieces... Fold into a saucepan, pouring water over it. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and simmer for about 2 hours.

Wash the radishes thoroughly. Cut into long thin slices.

Disassemble the cooked beef by hand into fibers, as shown in the photo below.

Place the beef and radish in a bowl.

Add all of the above Georgian spices and salt to taste.
