Form for cooking. Baking molds are different: round, square and rectangular, solid and detachable, with or without a hole in the center - the choice is huge. In addition to the classic steel and cast iron molds for cooking in the oven, you can use silicone ones, they are much more convenient. In the baking dish you can cook casseroles or soufflés (sweet and savory), roasts, julienne or goulash.

Foil. Aluminum foil allows you to cook amazingly juicy dishes, and any - meat, fish or vegetables. A properly packaged product languishes in foil, however, this does not form a golden crust. But this problem is easy to solve if, 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking, cut the foil and let the dish brown.

This is the younger brother of foil, made from a durable two-layer heat-resistant film. You can cook a dish in a sleeve, tying it so that air does not escape from it, and all the juices remain inside, or you can pierce it in the upper part, and then your dish will be covered with everyone's favorite appetizing crust.

Duckling and gosling. Can be used instead of baking dishes. Older models are made of cast iron, later models are made of aluminum. You can stew and stew meat in them, try to cook pilaf according to an unusual recipe or a dish like aintopf - either the first one is too thick, or the second one is watery.

Melt 100 g of butter, mix with 1 tbsp. aromatic salt, 1 tbsp. paprika, salt and pepper. Brush the chicken with the oil mixture. Add the remaining ingredients to a beer can, from which half of the contents must first be poured. Set the beer can on a rimmed baking sheet or in a low baking dish. Set the chicken carcass on the jar so that the chicken does not tip over. Put this structure in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and cook for 1-2 hours (time is calculated as follows: for every 500 g of chicken - 15 minutes + 15 minutes for the whole dish).

Ingredients:
500 g skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1 tbsp rosemary,
½ stack sour cream
½ stack oatmeal,
2 tbsp grain mustard,
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:
Mix oatmeal with rosemary, salt and pepper. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry with a towel and cut into cubes. Break the egg with a fork. Dip the chicken strips in the egg, then roll in the cereal. Lay the nuggets on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 40 minutes. Prepare a sauce of sour cream, mustard and lemon juice. Add salt if needed.

4 chicken breasts,
6 eggs
½ cup milk

Sauce:
½ stack dry white wine

Rinse the meat thoroughly and pat dry. Peel the garlic and disassemble into cloves. Stuff a piece of meat with garlic, rub with pepper. Ingredients:
500 g sole fillet,
300 g champignons,
2 bulbs
½ lemon
parsley, soy sauce - to taste.

Cooking:
Cut the sole fillet into pieces. Cut the onion and mushrooms into thin slices. Chop the parsley. Put the sole fillet in a baking dish, put mushrooms and onions on top, sprinkle with herbs and pour over with soy sauce. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, mix with 1 tbsp. water and pour over the top. Put the mold in the oven with medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

400 g canned beans,
½ sweet pepper
½ onion
3-4 garlic cloves,
1 egg

Cooking:

Cooking:
Rinse the mushrooms and chop coarsely. Pour in lemon juice, stir and set aside. Spasser finely chopped onion in 50 g of butter until transparent, then add the mushrooms and simmer until all the moisture has evaporated. Blanch the peas in boiling water for 1 minute, drain on a sieve, douse with ice water and let drain. Puree the cooled mushrooms with a blender, add salt, pepper and nutmeg. 50 g flour
8 eggs
2 tbsp cream,
70 ml milk
20 g butter.

Cooking:
Finely chop the garlic and mix with chopped parsley. Carefully sort the chicken liver, rinse and chop with a blender. Stir in flour, then fold in 4 eggs one at a time. Divide the remaining 4 eggs into yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with the liver, add greens with garlic, 2 tbsp. cream and milk. Salt the mass, pepper, add nutmeg. Grease a baking dish with oil, put the liver mixture into it and place the form in a deep frying pan with water. Cooking:
Grated carrots, chopped onions and finely chopped champignons sauté in butter. Add minced meat, fry, stirring, until browned, then add flour, mix and fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the broth, add the tomato paste and bay leaf, stir and simmer covered over low heat for about an hour. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes, drain the water and mash into a puree. Put the minced meat in a shallow form, put the mashed potatoes on top and put in the oven, heated to 190 ° C, for 25 minutes.

Cooking:
Mix both types of minced meat, mix with chopped onion in a blender and white bread soaked in milk. Add 2 tbsp. ketchup, salt and pepper and knead the minced meat. Boil and peel the eggs. Place half of the minced meat in a narrow oblong shape, lay the boiled eggs on it one by one, cover with the remaining minced meat on top and press down a little. The form should not be filled to the very top, but about ⅔, as the juice that stands out can flow out through the top. Brush the top with the remaining ketchup. Put the mold in an oven preheated to 180-190 ° C for 45-50 minutes. The readiness of the meatlof is determined by the juice that stands out - it must be completely transparent. Hold the finished meat loaf for some time in the form so that the juice is absorbed. Meatlof is good both hot and cold.

Ingredients:
400 g new potatoes,
200 g lean ham
150 g green peas,
1 onion
2-3 garlic cloves,
6 eggs
6 cherry tomatoes,
4 tbsp vegetable oil,
4 tbsp finely chopped parsley.

Cooking:
Cut the peeled potatoes into slices 5 mm thick. Place potatoes and peas in a pot of boiling water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain the water. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. oil and sauté finely chopped onion until translucent. Add minced garlic, simmer for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. In a bowl, beat eggs with parsley, add diced ham, potatoes, peas and quartered tomatoes. Return the skillet to the heat, pour in the remaining oil, heat it up and pour in the egg mixture. Place the skillet in the hot oven and bring to a boil. As a filling, you can use any vegetables, cheese and meat products.
